“We made a last-minute decision to take our 2011 van on a several-day visit out-of-town, but it needed quite bit of deferred maintenence work completed on very short notice. TGK Maplewood Manager Evan was great to work with as he committed to getting it done on time (even earlier!) for us. Even with a big storm that knocked out their power for some hours, they got it all done, and done well. We feel so much better now taking our preferred vehicle on this trip. “An honest mechanic is invaluable, and Green Line Auto definitely are true to that statement. I've had work done there for the past 5 years and today was no exception to the honesty .
I agreed to the work that they quoted me. They installed a new gear shift motor ( quoted) it failed to resolve the issue and they referred me to Kennedy transmission.
They COULD HAVE just installed the new motor and charged me the labor.. and sent me to Kennedy for further repair and 'claim' that it actually needed the 650$ motor part .. but they DIDN'T.. nor did they charge me the labor for it ..
I had some other issues that they were able to repair.. but they didn't charge me the 900$ estimate for previous mentioned.
TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! And very much appreciate the HONESTY throughout the years!”

“Exactly what we needed! Our tire blew the night before. Had the donut on and needed a single tire fast and inexpensive. No more than 5 mins later we see a sign that says "affordable tire". OKAY BET! ??
We pulled up and they immediately had someone come and greet us. There was one car in front of us and I waited in my car for maybe 10 mins before moving to the waiting area because they were ready for us. It's obvious that this place is well managed. The guys were knowledgeable and efficient and we were back on the road within 30 mins of getting there and it was definitely affordable. Can't really ask for anything more. Thanks guys. “I had a bolt in my tire that I needed plugged. They were able to fit me in at the only time on the same day that I called. The patch job took under and hour and because of the emergency service package I purchased the last time I got tires made the service free. I had forgotten that I purchased it, but they had a record of it and confirmed the emergency service before they took the car in. I was a great first experience at this location for servicing my car.”
