I’m not one to review many things, and when I do it’s truly for some place special. I credit Timberwolf CrossFit for helping me get my quality of life back I trusted and true ways! I started in December and was on several blood pressure medications, and the future felt bleak. After finding some consistency at Timberwolf, my blood pressure is in the normal range after trying all the things! My weight is down 30lbs. And my anxiety is feeling better. I attribute it to the caring community that is Timberwolf. The friendly coaches that care about your goals and successes, the other members that cheer you on as you finish a hard workout. It truly is a gym like no other.

Had my drop in class after a 4 year hiatus of very little to no physical activity set aside from from working. 2 kiddos later and the feeling of needing to be the best version of myself I hopped back into CrossFit. This class made me realize how much I missed it! Everyone was so welcoming. I got a “Welcome back! We missed you, and we need you!” Well I can proudly say I need them too! I didn’t feel out of place. In fact, it was just the opposite. I felt like this had been my home for a while. I am happy to be apart of this club. No matter the amount of physical activity you currently do, or haven’t done in a while there’s a spot for you here!

By far the best gym in Saint Paul! I visited several gyms when I moved here and this one made me feel at home. The community is amazing, the coaches want you to succeed and they truly invest in your goals as an athlete. 10/10 would recommend!

The folks at Timberwolf Crossfit are awesome! As a newcomer to the sport, I was really appreciative of how welcoming and encouraging the owners, coaches and other members were when I joined. The workouts are scaled so that everyone can participate, regardless of skill level, and the coaches do an great job of giving everybody the attention they need to make sure they’re doing the exercises correctly. If you’re thinking about starting Crossfit or switching gyms, would absolutely recommend Timberwolf!

In my second week at Timberwolf Crossfit and so appreciative of the kindness and encouragement I have received from all coaches and other members. The coaches are great about teaching skills and scaling workouts for all skill levels, and I have received so much help and guidance from other members, too. I learn something new with every workout and have a lot of fun! Excited to continue working out and challenging myself in such a welcoming community!

I have been to a lot of gyms over the years and have had some good experiences but I have flourished at Timberwolf CrossFit. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging. The community is life giving. And the workouts are challenging and beneficial. My speed, agility and strength have all improved significantly in my time at Timberwolf. I highly recommend it to you.

I joined Timberwolf CrossFit about 5 months ago, and love it so far! The workouts are challenging, but the coaches make sure to go through the modifications for each movement so everyone can complete the workout regardless of strength level and capability. Everyone is super supportive, and it’s a great community to be part of!

Everyone at Timberwolf CF is kind, fun, and supportive, and the coaches are all very knowledgable. The facility and equipment is high quality, more spacious than most. This community is above average and TWCF is a fantastic box to join or drop in to, whatever your fitness level or background!

Great place especially if you’re just starting out in CrossFit! The coaches are all great teachers and are both equally supportive yet willing to push you to do your best during workouts. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been a part of this gym for over 10 years and I love it! I’ve learned so much about fitness in those years. I’m in better shape at age 50 than when I started at age 40. The community keeps me constantly motivated. They always challenge me, but, as someone who is not naturally athletically gifted, I still feel welcomed and included. Mary is a great coach and runs the gym really well.

Timberwolf has a very welcoming atmosphere. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the programming is great. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

I have been so impressed with Mary! She has been super attentive, helping me relearn the CrossFit lingo, paying attention to my specific limitations and helping with modifications. The community at Timberwolf has also been very welcoming! This is a great place!

Dropping in for a week while traveling. Since the moment I reached out to Mary about dropping in, she was so kind and welcoming. The gym is clean, amazing coaching with all the members extremely welcoming. If you are just visiting town or considering trying a new gym or crossfit gym I highly recommend going to Timberwolf CrossFit. 10/10 for sure.

I’ve been a member here for many years and am grateful for the current and former owners & coaches investment in my fitness & health. As potentially the oldest crossfitter in the world (51?) I’ve been able to scale the workouts to fit my age & abilities, and encouraged to do so. I’ve also made great friends here as we suffer together through the variety of challenging wods. I’ve been attending Timberwolf for almost a year and have nothing but great things to say. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive, no matter the level of experience. The coaches are very knowledgeable and hands on. I love the programming and how two workouts are never the same. Timberwolf challenges me to get better every day while having fun doing it. I couldn’t recommend it more!
