This was my first experience at this shop. For me personally, because I am not a professional in this field, I rely on the professional to explain or show me in as much detail as possible what we are dealing with. Especially when we are talking about expenses that are hundreds of dollars bc visiting the mechanic is usually not cheap. I can't rate the work bc I did not have anything done, just an estimate/diagnosis. I write this review in the hopes of improving the customer service experience b/c that for me determines whether I can trust the mechanic. I felt that I was having to come up with all the questions to ask and was given very brief responses. Again, nothing rude. I just have no way of knowing how much the mechanic knows/is familiar with unless these things are explained to the average person with no background with exhausts/mufflers. This was my 3rd quote on my car, trying to figure out a noise I hear. The other 2 shops didn't charge me for looking at my car so it did not cross my mind to ask The Wonderful Muffler Man if there is a cost for them to look at it. Totally fine that there was but could you please make sure to let the customer know up front, either the initial phone call or at least upon drop off so we can be prepared? Full disclosure also shows me I can trust you with my car.

Brought my suv in to find out why it was so loud. Ozzy looked at it no change and then gave me a very reasonable quote and was even able to do the work the next day.

Ozzie is a master.
He knows exhausts and knows it well. If you want a simple in and out service at a price that your parents paid see this guy.

Called with concerns regarding my catalytic converter. Was able to have it looked at, given an estimate, and had a date scheduled to fix it in less than ten minutes.Communication was clear and concise from the jump.Highly recommend.
