If you've ever wanted to try Crossfit, but you have been too intimidated, look no further than the Power House! This isn't your typical crossfit gym (dirty warehouse, grunting with shirts off, etc).The classes are small and extremely approachable. The coaches are excellent and will help you modify the workout to meet your abilities. They also offer olympic lifting, yoga, mobility, and personal training. Above all, the community is super kind, welcoming, and inclusive!

The coaching is top notch, classes are small, the programming is varied and no matter what the class size, the coaches pay attention to the form and progress of every member. In addition, this is a friendly community that is welcoming.

This is my home gym and it's awesome. They have like four squat racks, smith machine and lots of benches. Pretty wide open for an Anytime. Staff are super cool.

This business is a terrible neighbor. Their patrons start coming into exercise at 4 am and are apparently incapable of parking correctly. Constant car alarms going off in the early morning hours is frustrating. Have your customers learn to park/disable the alarms or enjoy the volume of complaints I make to the city :)

Great gym, primarily Crossfit classes, but they do have a select set of specific improvement classes like Strength and Olympic (barbell) Lifting. Knowledgeable and helpful coaches for all aspects of sporting activity. TPH will make you better!

Five years ago, I realized I was heading toward “frail old lady” at 54 years old, and decided to try to do something about it. I had never touched a barbell and could not do a push-up or pull-up. I only had a vague idea of what CrossFit was. Almost before I knew it, I was totally hooked! The skilled coaches helped me figure out how to adjust some of the movements so that every workout was a challenge-but totally possible. The community is genuinely supportive to all, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. There is always more to work on, but at the same time, you can be so proud of the progress you’re making. And, it’s never boring!

I love the feeling of family and the customized approach at Power House. It offers a variety of classes based on your abilities and has a top notch personal training team who works closely with you on achieving specific goals. Special shout out to Caitlin Schad, my personal trainer for the past two years, who has helped me achieve more than I ever thought I could. Love this place!

Such a fun environment with great coaches! Coach Caitlin worked with me after my c-section to help me feel stronger and confident to lift again! I’m so grateful to her and to have found such a great gym! My morning workouts here are easily one of the best parts of my day.

I've dropped into a dozen CrossFit gyms around the US, and none comes close to The Power House. The skill of the coaches here, their careful attention to the needs and development every individual, the PT-focused warmup tailored to each workout, the small class sizes, are like no-other box I've seen. In just over two years, they fixed my shoulder and increased my strength and stamina dramatically, all without my feeling sore. The place is amazing.

I appreciate this gym! I came across it through Classpass. I like the community, location, and challenging but reasonable “Workout of the day.”It’s a small-ish class, workouts are different every day, and classes (+ the gym) accommodate both Crossfit types and people just seeking structured exercise, like me. Instructors are mindful of people’s varying levels and offer modifications and helpful tips. They incorporate lifting often. I came in without much experience with weights and have been able to learn along the way.There seem to be many regulars here, a mixed bag of ages. There are events for community building + some chatting in classes. It’s not overbearing if you aren’t trying to chat though.

The Power House provides great workouts in a welcoming and inclusive environment for all! Each WOD pushes you to challenge yourself under the guidance of professional coaches that keep you safe and help you feel successful no matter your fitness level. I joined Power House about a year ago and am continually impressed by the kindness, professionalism and expertise of the owners and coaches. It is great to be a part of this community!

I have been a part of The PowerHouse community for 6 years!! It is a great place to work out and stay/get fit but the best part is the people.The staff are amazing! They are great at encouraging us and helping us learn all sorts of new things and improving with every visit. The community itself is the best. We tend to be a competitive bunch (it is CrossFit after all) but not with each other!! We cheer and encourage each other every day. I love going to workout because of group of people I get to be with!

Power House is pretty awesome. Came in one day to check it out and 5+ years later I am healthier, stronger and have made some great friends. The coaches are amazing and know how to deal with 50+ year olds who want to get fit! Highly recommend if you are into the gym thing!

TPH is an amazing gym. The coaching is top notch, classes are small, the programming is varied and no matter what the class size, the coaches pay attention to the form and progress of every member. In addition, this is a friendly community that is welcoming.I’m over 60 years of age and participate in many classes, including the WODs. The atmosphere is encouraging, and I never feel as though I don’t belong there because I’m not as strong or fit as many of the other gym members. I also like the fact that there is a broad range of ages and abilities.It would be hard for me to overstate what a special place this is. If you are looking for a new gym, or a new fitness regimen, put The Powerhouse at the top of you list!

I have been working out at the power house for a few years now. I would highly recommend the powerhouse if you are looking for place for a good workout because the workouts are good mix of challenging. Also the Trainers there are welcoming, nice and want to get to know you so they help push you toward your goals.
