Ean and team is awesome! The service was great. They were very quick with communication and helpful explanation with every step of the install. They even helped us find another vendor when we needed some things installed that they didn't work with. I absolutely appreciated the transparency and honesty. I would definitely recommend again.

No one wants to be in a situation where their motherboard randomly goes kaput, but Techie Dudes were wonderful and were able to recover my data! It was a smooth process, and they were so fast. I took my computer in on Monday morning and had the data back within 24 hours. It also did not cost an arm and a leg.

Techie Dudes helped me out in a jam recently and I got to meet four of their team members and all were fast, friendly and professional. I can't recommend Techie Dudes enough, I'm so glad I found this location in Vadnais Heights right next to White Bear Lake just off County Road E. Amazing, talented lab technicians for your digital needs. Would give 6 stars if possible. Love this place!!!!!

Had a great experience working with Techie Dudes. we had them out to our home on two occasions to assist with computer issues. First Eric, then Brian were both friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Brian went above and beyond in getting our situation resolved and was a pleasure to work with. They are prompt and efficient. Great to know of a resource like Techie Dudes! We highly recommend them!

Brought my high end gaming pc in after foolishly messing with my BIOS settings, asked them to do some cable management as well. I was immediately met with a friendly face (Rob)I received daily updates on progress and was ecstatic to have my machine back to me in a short time. Customer service is top notch, as well as their technical knowledge. I feel 100% confident bringing a $5,000+ machine into them as they treat it with great care. I would recommend this company 10/10 for any hobbyists that get out of their depth or just want a little expert technical advice. Very impressed!!

I am a tech volunteer for a local 501C3 nonprofit. They were already working with Techie Dudes for network and equipment break/fix support. In my dealings with TD, I have found them to be responsive, competent, and extremely cost effective. Based on my experience working with their staff, I have would highly recommend them to any small business operating in the Twin Cities area.

My desk top would not power up. They determined the power supply died. They loaned me a used power supply while we waited for a new one to show up. When the new one came in they had it ready the next day. They also checked it over since it ran pretty slow and did a bit of an upgrade and gave me a tip on how to improve the speed (10 years old and getting slow) for no charge. Nice people. Very pleased!

I was very impressed with this company. When I called Alan took the time to listen in the great detail to my weird home printer network issue. When he came out he took an hour to puzzle out and work through a problem that I and others had been been fighting with for a week...and at the end he had it fixed very neatly. In fact, I think he considerably improved the operations of both our computers and the home system. He was also both very friendly and knowledgeable. While I hope we don't have future problems like this, if we do I know where to turn. It is a pleasure to recommend Techie Dudes.

I had been having issues connecting my webcam to my computer for months, I had spent ungodly amount of hours trying to fix it, I even bought a new webcam. I utilized the services of other IT people and spent hours in remote access trying to figure it out. I watched videos on you tube. You name it I tried it. I walked into Techie Dudes and in not even 5 mins my problem was resolved!!!! THANK YOU! I wish I had found them earlier. Any issue moving forward I will be reaching out to them! Friendly and knowledgeable and such a time saver.
