They don't train employees on answering the phone so I have to go to the onsite location every time I have a basic question about what they might have in stock or not

Went in to buy a simple adapter. The guy in the back was far more concerned with talking to his female coworker then he was with doing his job. Not only did he not help me find the item but when I found it and tried get his attention to unlock the case he and she ignored me . I pressed to help button and the still ignored me . That was simply terrible service.

Target shopper here!! There is usually a hand full of lines open otherwise you have to use self checkout. They've recently limited self checkout to 10 items or less. A lot of things are now locked up but that's understandable because the area has really gone down hill. Ample parking. Order pick-up is usually really quick.

Very convenient Target location. Right off of I94 ... and near the new professional soccer stadium. Always find everything I need here! While reviewing multi-vitamins, employee quickly came over to unlock the cabinet. No big deal.

Store is generally nice but they close self checkout before 9pm so if you need a few items you're stuck waiting in line much longer than needed. About to start shopping somewhere else because of it

The staff are generally friendly and helpful but I do not shop at this Target anymore and instead opt to drive to Roseville. Half of the items I need are locked up and so many more are out of stock! It just makes for a challenging shopping experience.

It’s been a while since I’ve experienced great customer service, and one of the managers (Sam) was simply phenomenal! I was intent on buying a specific dip that went on sale today (literally rolled out of bed for this dip!) and although their systems indicated it was there, no one could find it! But then entered Sam. He rummaged through the back and came back defeated, at first…but he kept looking even after I’d lost all hope and FOUND THEM! What a respectable young man! I don’t usually leave a store with a wide smile on my face, but today was such a great experience! It’s the little things…thanks so much again, Sam!

Large but chaotic Target location. Consistently long wait times for drive up service - you’ll save time but just shopping in store rather than waiting for them to bring your bags to the car.

I always love any Target store (I used to work at one.) And even if what I'd had on my list wasn't there, there always other great things to get.
