OMG, My poor broken phone screen, the lower 1/3 was just totally turned into a floodlight, you couldn't see anything. I feel bad, I cannot remember her name, but her name tag said store manager helped me transfer everything from my horribly broken phone to the replacement I received from having the warranty/insurance. They were SO busy last night, she was getting pulled in every direction, kinda all employees were, and she just killed it. The patience and skill she had to help me transfer everything to my new phone was AWESOME!!! I know she mentioned she has been with T-Mobile for 13 years, HUGE PROPS TO HER!!!!! SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!!(I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!!!!)

Went in to drop off a phone I had traded in online for a new one. All seemed to be going well, but they told me they couldn’t guarantee I’d get the promotional credit for it if I turned it in there—I’d have to mail it instead. They offered to print the slip for me, which I accepted so that I didn’t have to go home in between going to the post office, but they spent about 25 minutes in the back room and ultimately couldn’t print it. So, I asked if I could email it to them. Again, 10 more minutes in the back room just to get an email address written down. All in all, it took me over an hour to be told they couldn’t take my phone and get a printed receipt.

Went to get an upgrade on a Monday. Figured the store wouldn’t be super busy. Boy was I wrong! Got my name on the list and the wait was long. However, it was evident that they were providing great customer service and not just trying to rush them out the door. That says more about the quality of service to me than anything. People forget that what they’re usually helping people with are either upgrades (which can take a decent amount of time) or more complicated issues. Yes, if you have a bill to pay and nothing else, it might be frustrating to have to wait, but most people aren’t going in store for that. The manager (I think his name was Nick) was also great about greeting people and getting them on the list right away and letting them know about the wait. If they didn’t want to wait, he would offer them alternative ways to get faster service.When it was my turn, Sequoia was very efficient and helpful. She was also friendly and knowledgeable.

I don’t think anybody from t-mobile really reads these reviews and if they do they don’t read and pay attention to them in detail but boy do they really try to steer you in to financing a phone. I just wanted to buy a phone in cash and they kept trying to avoid selling me one and go for the financing or whatever other deals they have I think it’s just sleazy sales men who are trying to get commission.

Went in to buy a phone they told me they recommend me buying a phone somewhere else lol so when someone goes in to buy a phone with cash in hand they say it’s better you buy it somewhere else lol

Outstanding service. Sierra helped us with our phone and endured two hours of us downloading information from our old phones. She was amazing to work with, never once looking impatient with us two fools as we tried to figure out our phones. Simply great service, employees were quick to say they'd be helping soon (we waited maybe 10 minutes) and Sierra was especially notable for her knowledge and kindness. Thank you!

Tyler was great! I brought my mom in to get a new phone with a new number and he was kind, patient, and understanding. I have been with Tmobile for over 12 years and no plans on leaving. Bonus: he charged my phone while setting up my mom's!

Went in this morning to get our business cell phone fixed. It wouldn't take a charge. We run a small commercial cleaning business in Minneapolis (QPS INC.) and we need our phone on at all times! We worked with Amanda Wolff at the Ford Parkway location in St. Paul and she was phenomenal! Great customer service and helped us better understand our account and told us about some great offers that we plan on doing! Just didn't have time to do it today. But she told us ways we could save money and we will definitely be back. That's a promise due to Amanda's great customer service! I would have gave 5 stars but I don't like the wait time. But they only have 2 on staff so I understand. Thanks again Amanda!

Went in today to buy a new phone (it’s been a long time coming!) and had the pleasure of working with Chad. He was patient, kind and a lot of fun to work with! He made the whole long, mostly painful experience of getting a new phone an absolute joy. He not only made me feel welcomed and having a good time, but would step away continuously to welcome other customers when they came in. His energy and personality are second to none. Highly recommend this location because of him.

Best customer service ever. Had me sold on a new watch line. Also saved my broken phone. Screen was unusable and cracked, the top quarter was visable, the bottom 3/4 was cracked and flashing white/yellow. I talked to my local tmobile associate and he said there was nothing they could do. I hit chad up and said bring it in so he could look at it. He plugged in a mouse through the USB-C and saved my all my memory, photos, videos, snapchat, texts, etc and was able to transfer over to my new phone. 10/10 would recommend, drove rush hour traffic from shoreview to highland Park just to make sure chad handled my account. 5 stars on personality, 5 stars on productivity. 10 stars for making you feel like your having a good time waiting to be helped with your inquiries

I went to the Highland store to replace my old tablet. Amanda was amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional and patient. My old tablet was on its last breath, but she managed to retrieve the information I needed before it gave out completely. This took time and patience. Her explanations were clear and understandable, even to someone who is definitely not tech-savvy. She is the best!
