This morning I ran in quick for a Starbucks coffee and pink drink .. nothing but pumpkin spice, and I had made the comment I’m not a pumpkin spice person… the gentleman at the register asked what flavor I’d prefer, and went in the back and got me a Carmel one! I would have drank the pumpkin anyways just because of the deal buying two, but I appreciate the great customer service! Made me daughters morning before school.

Counted about 15 people in line for over 20 minutes waiting for the poor cashier (mind you the only one working) trying to finish up a doordash order. We all walked out. You’re going to go out of business if you literally can’t serve your in person customers. Corporate should probably step in and do something…. Will never be back

The new lady manager is the worst. She is rude and lazy and dose nothing but complain. Asking her to do anything that she is supposed to be doing and all you will get is an attitude. "I'm sorry but you are out of half and half." ~So you can wait or go to a different location. ?? She snaps at employees and customers alike. It's no wonder they are always under staffed. For better service I suggest either of the other two gas stations on 7th street

Closes whenever they want since Covid hit. Same with all the Speedways on West 7th. I really wish 1 of the 5 Speedways on West 7th were a Holiday. A Kwik Trip would be a dream around here.

Tried to put a little air in my tire and the air machine deflated my tire. Employees apathetic- dont bother blocking the money slot or turning the power. Now im stranded , waiting for an hour so far for a $100 tow truck just to put air in the tire. Try harder!
