Disappointed and disappointing. No meat, limited spices, didn't have many things. The store was tiny, sparse, most shelves were empty or things that are primarily Somali and even limited Somali needs. And the whole time i'm there, this old guy keep staring at me as if he expected me to steal something. I'm Muslim like him....why would I steal something? I'm sorry but I would shop somewhere else.The selection is really bad and something as simple as certain spices they just did not carry. I was really disappointed that I spent so much money to come all the way. Up there, to find a place that didn't have any meat at all. And then I think they said you had to reserve it? Who does that? I should just be able to come up there and buy some meat like I do when I go to a grocery store.

I love this market. I was in a thirsty and asked if I get a drink for free, and they said sure but not again, im surprised that they allowed me to drink for free. their kindness are something alas

Sunray Halal Market is a great neighborhood grocery. Friendly staff, well organized and very clean. The new Deli is also really good! I highly recommend getting a meal. The sambusas I've had there have been fantastic. They even have camel milk! ? ??
