Incorrect orders, rude staff, poorly made drinks/food and lack of professionalism. There are few places where you can go where staff values the guests, listens to their feedback and acknowledges each guest as they walk-in. This is the very reason why people choose online orders or delivery who has the time to waste their gas, energy and time when the reality people dont care to work or have the work ethic anymore you're better off having a machine do it. It doesn't matter what people complain about if people dont want to work the future is self-service machine because people lack the awareness to respect individuals. This is coming from a long time twenty years plus Starbucks customer and has witness the long awaited change in the food/restaurant industry. Your better off reporting to their corporate office which myself and others did on their online contact us corporate page.

This location should have a complete partner let go and hire new ones. The people who work here shouldn’t be working for a customer service based company. All 3 of the girls were completely incompetent and me being the ONLY customer in the store waiting 20 mins for drinks was completely unacceptable! And then they were either completely melted or they made then wrong. Along with that is the completely disrespectful attitude to top it off, by a shift leader. They should all be fired. By looking at the reviews as of lately, no wonder why I had the worst experience at any fast food chain, especially for a Starbucks. Corporate needs to take control of their store!!

Never come here if you want to receive good service and/or the correct drink.The girl that was working today even said she was the manager when she wasn’t, she was so rude and absolutely unprofessional. They made my drink incorrectly and she refused to make a new one, it was disgusting. Hate this place.

Came here today 10/7 at 3:53 to pick up an order, received the food for my order and stood at the counter waiting for my drink for 10 minutes while the workers all stood around just chatting and looking at me but didn’t help me. Blonde girl who was working was very rude and was openly having an awful attitude in front of customers to hear.Edit: THE DRINK IS DISGUSTING. I’ve gotten the same drink everyday for the past week, never has it tasted burnt and nasty like this. I ordered ahead, and still waited 10 minutes for a nasty drink.

Order was taken promptly, staff was friendly. If you’re looking for something to drink can never go wrong with a ChaiKid-friendliness: Average Starbucks. I wouldn’t bring your kid to sit down cause they’re always people trying to get work done.Parking: Tons of parking

This is the only place that can make plain black ice tea without sugar or sweetener and NOT have it taste like coffee grounds!!! I LOVE the ice tea here and I can only get my ice tea when I'm on the go from Starbucks!

I honestly don’t understand how this store has 4 stars because I came here once and the drink I ordered was watered down. Barely taste any of the flavors.Here I am again, trying this Starbucks one more time and customer service wasn’t as great. The tone in the woman’s voice that took my order, sounded like she was irritated. I ordered the new mango dragonfruit smoothie in a venti and on the cup, it clearly has VT on it but my drink was placed in a grande size. The line wasn’t long either but, I didn’t mind as much because people makes mistakes, whatever. Once they took it back, it seemed like they just added a lot of purée in the bottom and topped it off with whatever they had in the grande size they originally handed me with.I just find this ridiculous. Customer service wasn’t there and seemed like they didn’t put in any effort to make it better.

This Starbucks store is my get to go location but I had difficulty experience with them. For instance, i went there this morning and ordered a grande latte. It tasted like burned milk with no expresso.
