Ted at St. Paul Frame Ups mounted and framed a cross-stitch for me he is extremely knowledgeable and I he job was done exactly when promised and had a level of friendly customer service that was above and beyond what I have seen in years. I would highly recommend him for all your framing needs.

This shop is run by an extremely nice gentleman who will make sure you receive the highest quality service! I came for a notary public, and he made it a quick and easy process. If I ever need something framed, I'll definitely be back!

Wow! This place is a St. Paul gem. Walked in with a matted photo that needed to be sized for the frame I had. The owner cheerfully and expertly did the work right then while teaching me his process. The result was excellent, and he didn't even want to charge me! (I paid him anyway.) I'll definitely be returning for other future framing needs.

I stopped by to add parts to my frame so I could hang it up and Ted found and installed new parts immediately, all within a few minutes. Excellent service!

Ted was super friendly and helpful - highly recommend checking his business out! Don’t be discouraged by the entrance - I wasn’t sure if he was open at first, but just let yourself inside or ring the doorbell if you don’t see him and the door is locked.I’ve never gotten custom framing done before, so the $400+ price seemed a bit steep, but also soooo worth it to showcase my >100x more expensive piece of paper! Ted walked me through the whole process and let me take my time looking at all the frame, style, and glass options. He also graciously held onto the finished project for me for >2 weeks as I was out of town. Flexible payment - all at once or half down.

They did an amazing job getting my artwork framed and replacing a piece of broken glass. It was done very well and quickly. I would definitely recommend this place.
