The employees have put signs on the restrooms saying "Employee use only. Restroom is closed! Yes! It's really closed even if you ask it's still closed" and they were directing customers to go to the bathroom elsewhere or outside - they don't care, not their problem. It reflects very poorly on Speedway to have employees restricting bathroom use and being rude about it. It's a gas station along a major highway. People should be able to anticipate having restrooms available.

Terrible service, employee yelled at customer cause he accidentally made a mess because all the caps for the freezes were all not organized and you couldn’t tell which on to which cup! She said he had to clean it before he left? I get he made a mess but that’s not his fault

Bathrooms have a sign on both saying "closed, even if you ask they are still closed" glad I decided to get gas elsewhere staff was lazy and not helpful.

The staff and manager are unwelcoming. If you are going to talk about your customers ensure they have departed the store before you start your criticism.The entire atmosphere is unsanitary the employees and manager is completely unprofessional and unhappy.If you don’t like what you do switch gears, go find peace and always remain humble!

There was a line all the way to the door. One person was helping people, another stocking and two more on their phone.When it was my turn I asked the guy " how are you"No reply. He didn't even acknowledge me.I will never go here again. They don't seem to know how to clean either.

Lazy employees. Asked for a propane tank when there were clearly full ones on the rack. Employees refused to go unlock the rack to give me a tank. Disrespectful tone and terrible customer service.

Horrible gas station. Pumps dont work properly and i dont pumps measure correctly my tank is 11 gallons i was not empty and i put 13 gallons in it. Also neither bathroom works i was told the have not worked since covid. Because the owners dont want to buy toilet paper or clean the rooms. Horrible do not use.

The place initially appeared as a run-of-the-mill gas station. But what through me off was all of the passive aggressive signage. I understand locking the bathrooms for safety, but I don't think a sign saying "The bathrooms are locked. Yes, they're really locked! Stop trying to open them!" is necessary. The cashier was slow to give us the bathroom key, which was attached to an entire wet floor sign. The food selection was good, but every thing else was dirty and weird.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I do not know who is working this morning however the register was being run by a woman with short hair who was very rude. Not only did she sit there and talk to her coworker throughout each transaction not even to say good morning. I could not find your guys's lottery machine to check my scratch off ticket to see if it was a winner so I waited in line with my cup of coffee and as I approached the counter I explained to her but I could not find your guys's lottery machine and she literally appointed to the back of the store and said it's back there go and check your ticket if you want to use it. She did not offer to check my ticket for me even though it literally would have taken her just a few seconds to do so. My total that came up on the register said $1.75 the change that I received from her was 11 cents I asked her what the total was and she ignored me I repeated myself and asked her where the rest of my change was and she continued to ignore me and carry on with her conversation with her coworker very bad customer service
