Your employees need to work on better customer service to one guy with a beard and a glasses is just I think he's a manager but he's such a rude person he should not have a job there with this kind of customer service speedway is one of the worst unprofessional employee customer service I've ever seen in my entire life as a truck driver

Was pretty much an everyday customer until this experience happened... I tried depositing money onto my cash app account through this speedway, prior to giving the two employees my money. I had asked them several times if they 've deposited money on cash app before cuz they were both newer employees. They both assured me that it would be no problem. I told them well. I can't afford to lose $1,000 or even have it on hold as I'm not sitting great financially. I was reassured that. Oh don't worry about it. It'll just kick your money out and we'll just refund it. Don't worry about it I was told. Literally six or seven times I said. Do not even attempt it. If you don't know what you're doing. Cub foods is right up the road. I can do it there... You guessed it... They did not know what they were doing instead. What happened was they put my $1,000 into their bank and said oops!!! The long and the short of it? I was issued two MoneyGram money orders of $500 in exchange for my $1,000 cash and prior to me accepting them. I spoke with the manager and asked her if I was going to have any problems cashing them. She said oh no, you can go to any Walmart, any Cub foods, any post office and they'll cash them... That was not the case. In total I went to eight stores and two different post offices, No one would cash them. Jenna, had said to me prior to me accepting them that I would have no trouble . She now told me "Well it's out of our hands now. There's nothing we can do." I said well that's unacceptable, she told me. Well that's the best I can do... Now I go up there everyday up until this point and so I know her well and so I'm asking her. Can you imagine if this happened to you? How would you feel?no response. Nothing I can do for you, is what she said.... I said well, Give me a number to somebody that that can do something about this. She said there's nothing we can do. You can file something and they'll get back to you within 7 to 10 days... Unacceptable. I again said. Your employees made the mistake. You are the employer. You need to do something about this. Open the safe. Do whatever you need to do but I need my $1,000 back and you can have these money orders. They wouldn't do that. It's funny because during this process I also came to realize That moneygram doesn't even honor MoneyGram money orders. They want nothing to do with them.They won't cash them. In the end, after contacting corporate speedway in Ohio speaking with Sandy, they informed me that there's nothing they could do about it and that I should speak to unbank the only place that would cash the checks So in the end 5 days later short $80 all thanks to speedway and they're great staff?!! They call that Grand theft anywhere else to speedway. It's just one of their business practices. I won't ever step in another store of theirs again. They employ people that don't know what's going on, And the sad thing is that not at one point was I given an apology... Big always screws little

It was a smaller store. The employee was really helpful and the location is much needed. There are not many Speedway around that location.

NOT open 24 hrs. These gas stations need to start updating their changes in business hours--ESPECIALLY the ones that shut their fuel pumps down too. Good grief! Waste my time driving here when I'm low on gas is NOT ok.

Grounds are neglected, and fencing falling down. Front boulevard full of weeds. Trash, leaves everywhere. Not too attractive.

If you’d like to be scrutinized and questioned for cashing in a lottery ticket this is the place for you.After an experience where I was cashing in a lottery ticket that was purchased six months ago. The cashier was questioning whether or not it was legitimate he scanned the lottery ticket the lottery ticket system excepted it has a pay out of $100. How come even after that the cashier still question the legitimacy of my lottery ticket, To have the thought that I was doing something wrong even when the system said it was right is ridiculous. What happened to customer service why is every customer doing something wrong maybe these people shouldn’t be in this business.

It is Wednesday January 5th 6:52 p.m. door is locked the employee there made no sense saying that there was no employees for the store to be open even though he was in there they might as well permanently closed this store since they cannot maintain their employees what a joke I know times are hard to find employees but when you have somebody in there that is supposed to work but closes the door and locks it on customers he shouldn't be in there

This is the worst Speedway I’ve ever been to. Couldn’t completed my transaction because the attendee didn’t know what the heck he was doing and he wasn’t even cordial about it.

The young woman who works there is very attentive to the customers. On point with making sure the customers are aware of the discounts they could be receiving if multiple items are purchased. Appreciated!
