I was the only person In the store. The sales person?? ,Could not be bothered to get up from desk and offer to help/greet me. I took my money else where.

Chris was very helpful with all our office furniture needs during a recent clinic expansion. He was knowledgeable on product and material options, willing to offer us products and many different price points without pressure, and was attentive and responsive when we had questions along the way. Best experience I've had at a business in a long, long time. I've had a chiropractor on my case for a while to get a nice office chair but I've been priced out of one. Found this place and went in expecting to spend $400 on a particular used office chair (which is still a bargain) and ended up leaving having spent $80 after taxes for the chair I went in intending to buy. That kind of savings just doesn't happen in 2023 and I'm blown away. There is so much cool office stuff here, it's a good thing we have such a small house or I'd probably be back every other week buying stuff I think I need.

SOS recently moved to Vadnais Heights. The spacious building is clean and contemporary with lots of quality new and used office furniture. The showroom is very appealing with a wide variety of desks, credenzas, office chairs, and file cabinets large and small. I bought a used HON file cabinet with wheels in very good condition for $70 (including tax) that fits perfectly beside the desk in my home office. Retail for a comparable brand new HON file cabinet is $1,000. Duane loaded the sturdy cabinet into the trunk of my car. Thank you, Duane, for your help.

Nice, spacious new store in Vadnais Heights close to 35W and 694. Lots of free parking. Roomy showroom of office furniture, chairs desks and more. Also, a used and one-off room of bargain priced chairs, tables, desks, file cabinets and more.

The showroom has an excellent mix of different models of chairs and tables and displays them as they would be used in the real world. A large variety of used furniture is available and on display.It's the personalized expert help with shopping for furniture that is going to bring me back to the store. The chairs on display have a lot more features than the standard Office Max or Office Depot chairs do, and it can be difficult to figure out what you're looking for in a higher quality chair. Fortunately the sales staff are more than willing to help walk you through the chair features. Which means you'll find something that you're going to be happy to purchase.

First time I’ve been here, lots of options. Waaaaaaaay more than Office Depot or Staples.Knowledgeable sales staff too that helped me pick out a chair that fit my needs. Talk to Chris… he was amazing. Or anyone else for that matter! ?When I found a chair that I loved, the prices were a just a touch higher than what my budget allowed for at the time, but the quality showed. All of the chairs from the other office places felt... well, I wouldn't want to sit on them and work all day long like I do now. While I didn't make a purchase while I was there, I will definitely be going back when I'm ready go pull the trigger.

Great store! While we were starting out business 4 years ago, we bought some of the stuff at SOS we couldn't beg or borrow. Over the years they've become the supplier for all our furniture from desks to chairs to conference tables - buying both used and new. Over 40 pieces at this point. There's different personalities on the sales staff, but I've never had a bad experience.Used furniture: if you're new at this, expect websites to have some nice photos of great deals... And in person find it was "just sold yesterday", or a manipulated photo, and on comes the sales pressure for new stuff. SOS has been the only place I've found where the item on the website is the item in the store. If you want used furniture? That's what they sell you.New furniture: their deal on those cherry tone desks is unbeatable. You'd think Costco would be a good place for a quality/price breakdown on an office chair, but you'd be wrong.

Found a used chair on Craig's List here at SOS.. Emailed and received an immediate response. Duane was helpful and very knowledgeable. Great prices. Several choices. Coming to SOS first next time I need furniture for my office.
