DO NOT GET GAS HERE! I pumped $9.93 worth of gas on my debit card at 8:41 on Friday morn. I was charged immediately $59.93. I know years ago, gas stations did a $50-75 pre-authorization, but returned the difference immediately after pumping. It's Saturday afternoon and it's still being held. After calling gas 3 times, getting 3 different answers, w.as promised 2 calls back and not getting one, I finally was told I MIGHT, MIGHT get money back on Monday but likely Tues. So to sum up, Shell he'd up $60 for $10 in gas for up to 4 days. Time to UPGRADE TECHNOLOGY. THERE ARE NO OTHER GAS STATIONS IN THE CITIES THAT STILL DO THIS. YOU ARE A JOKE!

A bad tank of gas. Engine light came on immediately after filling up tank. Rough engine on start-up and turning off engine. Burned tank off and added gas from a different station, and engine light turned off. And engine running fine.

Rude guy in the morning at 5:30 am 10/6/2023I said good morning I get ignored...then I'm waiting on check out and he does this sign pointing at my drinks..to Scan items..and still no words.or says anything...I like the lady's that works here but this guy weird Chinese looking guy needs to talk..lol

The gas has ethanol even though it is not posted on the pumps. - I push the button for help when the Rewards card does not work and they never come out or talk on the speaker. My bank said there was fraud on my car from here but may have been a temporary huge hold?

There is an Asian guy who works in the store on weekends , the guy is so rude and has a flat affect. He does not have customer service skills at all. He is a "square peg in a round hole ". He is in a wrong profession. He needs to be a cleaner , where he does not interact with customers . His poor communication skills is tarnishing the good reputation of the other employees.

They overcharge at the pump. Pay inside if you don't want them keeping money you may need for other things

It's a crapshoot whether this store will be open in the morning. Sometimes 6:30am, 7:30am or even 10am. It all depends if the employees can get out of bed that day. The girl who works weekday mornings is usually dishevelled or tweaking on meth. Texting on her phone is more important than keeping a clean store with readily available coffee. The owner should get rid of everyone and start over. They're costing him money.

I had THE best dealing with the clerk named Darrail! I won't go into the big story but u can tell he is a God fearing man and he deserves what ever blessings God bestows on him! He had us cross paths at just the right time! Thank you for hiring such a wonderful employee! Darrail your mother and father should be so proud of u! You are a symbol of them and that says a lot about how u were raised! To you what you did might not be much but to me it was! Merry Christmas!
