I have been going to Serenity for 10 years and they do a fabulous job every time. The staff is amazing, they are like family and everyone knows my name when I walk in the door. I love the powder dip manicures the best but their gels and regular manicures are great too!

Anytime I need a luxurious pedicure I come to Serenity, my mom introduced me to this salon when I first moved to town a couple of years ago. Anytime I need a great pedicure where they do a stellar job with clean up and attention to detail I come to this salon. I just recently got some color for the first time and it was so subtle and pink it looked like my natural color, my nail tech got it completely right as far as the color choice and I was really pleased with the color on both my nails and my toenails. They always do a great job at this place, so please come and support this local business!!

This was my first time here & everybody was so nice and friendly! I called and they got me in right away! Candy was amazing and absolutely killed my set! This is definitely my new go to spot!

Fantastic experience! I brought my daughters (5.5 and 3.5) and the nail technicians were so patient, kind, and helpful with both of them! And all of our manicures and pedicures look fantastic. We will definitely be back.

They fit me and my daughter in at the end of the day but still took their time to do a great job. This is longest lasting gel manicure I have ever had. Second picture is 2 weeks later. At other salons, after a few days the bottoms would start to peel up and catch on things (like my hair). But that hasn’t even started yet and it’s been 2 weeks! They were very good with my daughter and she felt very comfortable and special the entire time.

While people are very nice at this nail salon, the quality varies greatly. Since you can't request a particular pedicurist, it's hit or miss. Two of my last three visits convinced me that it's time to move on.

Got the craziest chrome green nail dip here before my wedding. 1.5 weeks later they are still solid and nice - it will end up just looking weird bc my nails actually just grow out, and I garden. Lovely nail techs!

I have (had) been a good client for at least 5 years. I appreciate how hard they work having to move from one client to another. Over the past year the quality of the work has fallen off. Several of the nail tech's are new and are not experienced enough to provide good service and no one seems to care The last time I went the nail tech did a poor job of filing my nails, they had ridges and really no shape. When I pointed this out, she didn't see this as a issue so I left with bad nails. I will not be going back. Patty C

I came in yesterday to get my nails done for a wedding. I got acrylics full set but the nail techs pushed me to do dip powder. I wanted a simple ombré from pink to white with chrome. If she didn't know how to do it properly she should have told me. The results were thick and crooked. I asked her to fix the thickness and she had to start over shaving and removing the dip powder. Then she just dipped my fingers once in a pink powder and put chrome on top which is not what I wanted. She then proceeded to tell me that since she shaved down my nail that they would most likely break. Not only that but my nail tech also filed my nails to where multiple nails were completely crooked and when I told her to fix she tried convincing me that my nail just grows crooked and there was little she can do to fix when I've got my nails down hundreds of times and obviously that was a lie. I spent 2 hours in the chair only to return the next day with a broken nail and spent almost $200 total including my regular pedi. I made a appointment for 1pm which I was told on the phone that it would be free of charge for the service. I came on time for and they had me waiting for 34 minutes only to be told they will charge me $10 for the service in a rather rude fashion. I usually don't leave reviews however this is the worst salon I've ever been to and overpriced.
