I went on a Tuesday a few months ago, and the equipment did not work properly. I filled out a complaint form and turned it in, and it was never paid back, like I had one other time in the past. I'd go right now and spend money, but my complaint was ignored, so I'll never spend another dollar here!

Worst place. The wash bay didn’t even work. I was in a hurry and my car was fully lathered with soap. I had to go to a different carwash to wash my car. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I had always washed my car here and never had any problems until a week ago when the machine did not work and did not wash my car, however I left a note and today I received a letter from Robin (Manager) returning my money and giving me a free car wash due to this incident.
Thank you Robin! This will continue to be my favorite place in Saint Paul.

If you use a card to pay in the stall there is a $3 dollar minimum charge! That means that you have to use up the three minutes consecutively.
I like to soap up my car and then hand scrub the tough spots and do detail work, when I'm done with that I'll spend a minute rinsing... this place does not allow for that, because once you run your card your three minutes start.

We love this touchless car wash! Very convenient location, always in & out. Love the $8 any wash deal on Tuesdays! They have great service too. We had the machine “eat” our $8 and had to double pay. We put a form in the box inside and within a few days received a letter with $8 cash and a free car wash token. I really appreciated that prompt addressing of our problem! I definitely recommend this place!

Buyer beware! I was scammed out of $10.00. Farthest machine to the left didn't work today. The equipment said to pull forward slowly even though the car was NEVER washed. The exit door opened, but I didn't exit because the car had not been washed. Then the door closed and I was trapped inside the wash bay. There is no employee on site in case anything like this happens and the website does not list a telephone number either. Luckly another customer came along and the back door opened so I was able to back out of the wash bay. The next customer was also scammed out of $12.00 because of the faulty equipment. I'm surprised that this company is allowed to do business in Minnesota without providing a contact telephone number.

Farthest machine to the left doesn't work anymore. Water spray arms got stuck and left soap all over car. There is no one here to talk to or a number to call, so only option is to call credit card company unfortunately.

Very good service and very responsible owners, that says way more about the way they do business and is very worth to support. Had a problem with one of the machines, reached the company and they refund me what i lost. Absolutely recommend it, and great easy wash too. Thank you
