The wash malfunctioned while I was in it. Both doors were closed and my car was on. After several minutes of nothing happening, I smelled heavy exhaust and turned my car off. I had to get out and find a panel so that I can manually open the door and get myself and my car out. This was on a Sunday afternoon and no one was on site. My car still had soap on it and I had to drive to another car wash.

Recently visited for a car wash. The wash I did eventually get was good, I was charged 4 times. Each time I tried to purchase the door would not open. Thinking I wouldn’t actually be charged until I entered the car wash I continued to try until moving to a different bay. I have not been able to find any contact information to try and fix this. $40 for one car wash is absolutely not worth what I got.

I've been visiting this car wash since I found it in 2002, the first time I drove to St. Paul. I still come here after my drive up from Chicago. The wash is one of the best I've experienced. The prices are great. I wish the vacuum was free. It took my dollar because the vacuum and fragrance machine didn't work this trip.
Maybe next time. I'll be back next summer.

My car always looks sparkly clean after a wash here. The location is convenient and on my way to work. I like to go on Tuesdays to take advantage of the any car wash for $10 special.

Avoid the right most bay, the rinse doesn't get all of the soap off your vehicle. Owners responded quickly and are addressing.

Always either a very long wait or issues with the payment machines. Why don't you fix your equipment so we don't have to look at a bunch of handwritten signs and have to worry about timing our payments based on the car in front of us?

I paid $14 dollars and all it did was shaped my car. The machine stopped and door opened for me to get out. It didn't even wash my car yet. I am pissed. Want my money back.

I paid and the machine didn’t work, had to pay again on the next machine.
Nobody in the office, phone number doesn’t exist anymore.
There are some papers for feedback and no pen so couldn’t write it.
Never coming back.

I needed a car wash bad because my undercarriage and wheel wells were overly compacted with ice. I spent $14 on a car wash just to get out of the car and none of the ice is gone and I just had to spend 10 minutes scraping it out. useless car wash and waste of money. That picture isn’t even all of what was still frozen in my wheel wells. I don’t even understand how your wash can be so bad. Definitely only going to be coming back for a refund!

The customer service is great! I left a written note in the box when the car wash didn’t work for me once, and I promptly received a refund in the mail.

Don’t go here. Paid $14 for a wash and the exit door never opened for the car infront of me. Just stopped by for a quick wash and never even got a car wash

Worst place. The wash bay didn’t even work. I was in a hurry and my car was fully lathered with soap. I had to go to a different carwash to wash my car. AVOID THIS PLACE!
