About Schmidt's Artist Lofts

Schmidt Artist Lofts was deliberately designed as a creative space meant to foster flourishing community artists on their journey to explore their craft. It merges history, affordability, quality and individuality into each one of its carefully designed loft-style floor plans. It includes a number of artist amenities like a dance studio, pottery studio, performance studio, mixed media studios, sound studios, paint studios and a gallery. Additionally, you will enjoy a fitness center, community party room, rooftop deck, clubroom, and a yoga/pilates room. *Schmidt Artist Lofts participates in an affordable housing & artist program.     A wonderful community and historic place to live. Blair (community manager) is exceptionally kind, accommodating, and cares for the community here.

    Amazing community! Not the safest with being downtown, at least it isn’t that terrible but I’ve had my car broken into, and my motorcycle stolen all in less than 2 years. I’d like them to add more cameras for these incidents that happen! Maintenance is awesome and usually are pretty fast getting things taken care... read full comment
