I live in a part of the country where there aren't very many stores that sell quality, high end clothing so when I need to look my best, I turn to some of my favorite online shops. Kat at Scarborough Fair provided me with one of the best shopping experiences I had since I bought my wedding dress. I am so impressed!I was captivated by a very unusual blouse by Filippo Grandulli ("crushed white blouse"). It has an asymmetrical hem, and a dramatic collar that buttons at an angle. I had questions on how it would fit so I sent an email to the shop, and Kat responded ASAP, first with an email, then a text, and then actually called me because I had more questions. Not only was I on the line with Kat (who was not physically in the store at the time), but also her assistant who was actively measuring the blouse to provide me with the info I needed. LOL, is that amazing or WHAT?!? Kat also gave very good advice on how to style the blouse and after the blouse was delivered, she followed up via email to make sure I was pleased! I am speechless about the service. Speechless. I didn't feel like I was buying FROM them, I really felt like I was shopping WITH them.That blouse, plus a Magnolia Pearl number that I ordered at the same time, were delivered promptly. They were carefully wrapped in beautiful tissue with a little fabric flower as a finishing touch. I felt like it was my birthday when I opened the box.I am so happy with Scarborough Fair, and encourage anyone who might be on the fence about ordering from them to take the plunge. It was a great experience!

I discovered this beautiful boutique several years ago while shopping online. I was so happy to find Kat and her boutique! She and her staff provide such wonderful customer service and I appreciate that Zoom is available as well. I have bought several pieces of Magnolia Pearl clothing from the boutique - items are lovingly packaged, shipping is quick, and correspondence is top notch - the only wish I have is I that wish I lived closer so I could see Kat’s boutique in person as well as meet Kat and her staff. Treat yourself and take a looksie either in person or shop their well appointed website! You won’t be disappointed!!

I recently ordered a lovely multi colored Margaret Winter sweater from the Scarborough Fair Shop. I ordered it in a larger than needed size and Katheryn the owner helped to get me the correct size. She was patient and supportive through the process assuring I was happy with the fit and process.I often love just looking through their online merchandize for unique styles and designers not found elsewhere. There is a freshness and variety of model types that allows you to dream about adventure and fun occasions ahead.Actually I have found two sweaters in my size I could not find elsewhere.And the service experience because of the size and owner desire has been a white glove one that is not found elsewhere.Thank-you Katheryn!

I LOVE THIS SHOP!!! The customer service is amazing and their inventory is truly diverse. I’ve made a few purchases from here and will continue to do business with them. This shop has a wonderful selection of Magnolia Pearl!! This was my first time buying from an online vendor outside the Magnolia Pearl website. But the experience was great!! Store owner “Kat” was terrific!! She was prompt getting back to me, sincere in her responses, and even followed up with me after the fact to ensure everything was perfect!! The pants were shipped out quickly, arriving beautifully wrapped in a way that made me feel special. Kat said they have even more Magnolia Pearl inventory in the store, and that she would be happy to video-chat anytime. The Scarborough Fair Shop has earned my trust. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Have have two AWESOME shopping experiences here. Kat and Diane were very kind and helpful. I left with well-fitting, stylish clothes that I really and truly wear! It’s nice to find extended sizes and unique, beautifully made clothes that I can enjoy. I highly recommend Scarborough Fair.

I have had the absolute nicest experiences shopping at Scarborough Fair. I’m not very kind to myself with regards to my body image, but Kat and her assistants make me feel beautiful and stylish. I love the clothes I’ve bought and I wear the heck out of them! I cannot thank these ladies enough for their kindness and for making clothes shopping such a pleasure!
