I like to shop here because the goodwill has gotten to greedy for it's usefulness.

I donate here regularly and will continue to do so. They make it very easy, and I love their mission! Shopping here I’ve always found great finds! My kids also enjoy the toy aisle and find great things to spend their allowance money on. Staff have been kind and courteous; on the quiet side which I don’t mind at all! Recommend!

They are super scandlous. Unprofessional. I was shopping there a few days ago. I saw this bag i liked behind the counter, told the cashier to hold it for me, and came back, and she said "someone snatched it from her" right.... Stop stealing and taking donations to your homes. Stop selling it and keeping it.

Dropped off donations. Nice clean drop off bay and was well lit. I helped unload my vehicle. Which I do not mind. However. When I asked to get a donation proof like goodwill, I was advised that the employee "didn't know how" and the other 2 workers had no interest in helping me. Meh. It's out of my house at least

Everytime I stop into the Store after Donating checking for Seasonal Clothing and/or Weight Loss transitioning. They Also have DISCOUNTDAYS and I was impressed with that. I noticed many Department Stores Tags were on items too!

This was a nice place to find some gently used clothes with life still left inside them. It’s a large store. Everything from shoes, furniture, to dishes. My only complaint was the check out only had one person and took nearly 20 minutes. We had 7 people waiting- so having an additional checker would have been better.

My mother had a ton of books and she passed away. Brought them to donate and they would only take a few. His solution was to bring them to dump. An insult to me, my mother and book readers.Edit: next day brought to Goodwill who happily took them all. Gave me my own bin so they wouldn't get bent/damaged.

I've found a few good things here over the years but the HORRIBLE STAFF will keep me from ever returning. I watched 4 staff members shop for their own kids instead of opening up check outs while 10 pepper stood in line!! What incompetence! They'll lady wearing hijab to do her shopping on her own time!@

Great thrift store with a focus on getting donations out. This means prices are reasonable and on occasion negotiable if items have been on the floor a while. Friendly staff large and large selection

Wanted to make a donation to an organization that actually helps people. Called multiple times, line was busy. So, I drove there and parked in back. First thing I seen was multiple large boxes of donated items sitting outdoors, that's not good! After parking, the employee working the area just ignored my presence. So. I pulled my box of items out of my SUV and handed it to him. He said thanks and just walked away. I asked for a receipt and he handed me a tablet and told me to fill it out listing all items I donated. Fumbling thru the app and being it wasn't user friendly, I ended up not filling it out correctly. Apparenetly, I was supposed to list an email address, this was mentioned to me after the fact. All in all, bad experience. Like many, I want to feel good about dontating to charities. However, charities have the responsibility to train their employees to be respectful like Goodwill does. Items should be taken from the donation car, protected from the elements, and a reciept should be created by the business.... I will never donate to this place again.
