I had the snowball and hubby had caramel with peanuts. The apples were great. However the service was not so great. While standing in line the cashier ( manager I’m assuming due to her tone ) never carded anyone else ahead of me in line. My total was approximately 20$ and I was carded ( with a DEBIT CARD not a credit card. I believe it was due to my descent (african american) and name (Mary) not matching up. In her opinion. I will never frequent this location again. I was the ONLY person to be carded in the store. This person knew exactly how manipulate the original post. However when I’m in town I will NOT stop here, it is obvious that I was tolerated and not respected as the other customers. I guess I didn’t look like the normal “Mary” or what she thought I should have looked like. I felt as if I was profiled and stereotyped today.

Excellent chocolate, great staff, expensive. Annoying that they put a "4% hospitality, non-gratuity charge" on all purchases. Put the cost into the price, not some non-descript service charge. It's anti-consumer and annoying.

Was flying to visit family, but couldn't think of anything to bring to people who have everything! Then realized there was a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at MSP Terminal 1. Their chocolates are the best! Gave myself a bit of extra time to enjoy making a selection from all the choices. The "O-o-o-oh" when I arrived confirmed this was the perfect gift!

Alright, got a sweet tooth? Or should I ask you gotta a sweet mouth? Well this is the location to help curb it. Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory is here with an amazing selection created from their specially trained chocolate-teers.Anything chocolate they have and you will buy. Great gifts to get on the fly and roll into your next destination. Very nice staff as well.

Pretty cool place. Lots of interesting items available. Prices are comparable to or better than similar store. They also focus more on old fashioned candies and gourmet chocolates and less on imported or novelty candies than some of their competition.

Amazing choices and delicious chocolates. I entered the store just minutes before closing and the owner was welcoming and delightful. I asked if it was close to closing and she said "yes", but in no way made me feel rushed. I can't wait to return to Minneapolis to visit her store again. Thank you!! Ben.
