We purchased two used trucks from Rihm Kenworth. While driving back one of them made it 30 miles from the dealership and had the check engine light come on. Took it to Kenworth and repair bill came to a nice $7300 dollars. Steering wheel assembly had to be replaced because nothing was functional, as well as the DPF filters being bad and needing replacement. Feels like they cleared the codes and sold them "as is". They offered us $2500 to help with the repair but still out $5000 all said and done. Take your hard earned money somewhere else that you can trust.

This dealership is awesome,great,fantastic, and then some. Dan and tess were so very helpful and patient as they explained the repairs, warranty,and cost to fix my truck, went over several scenarios that were very helpful.
My def system warning light came on, I took it to shop got a hotel room, not allowed to stay on property after hours, but there's a very nice holiday Inn express not 10 minutes away.
Anyway, I was told it may not be till Thursday before it's looked at. But to my surprise they were done the next day. Loved it. Time is money.
They're open till midnight, but their hours are about to change till 10:30 pm real soon.
As a O/O I appreciate the turnaround time and honesty that I received from this dealership.

Jeff was great to work with. He was very willing to communicate and work with us. We came from out of state to pick up the truck and he had everything ready to go in as painless a process as possible.

I have come to rely on Rihm KW. South Saint Paul is the most recent location to demonstrate to me their skill and professionalism. Thanks Tess & Gordy this repair required a lot of follow-up on y'all's part. Thank you to the mechanics that troubleshoot, turn wrenches and get dirty everyday. Thanks for getting my truck back on the road.
