I was shopping at the produce dep , doing my final purchase, when a lady worker was telling me that they were closing , which I did understand, I said ok , one guy came to me screaming and yelling asking if I didn’t understand English , by the way I’m Mexican , I was picking some good onions which the guy who was screaming to me said I can pick Only the good onions , and that I have to take bad as well, I said not to him , being I’m paying for , I want good onions , he seemed so upset with us , the worst part was that he lied straight to my face saying that I did say I didn’t understand they were ready to close , which I never said that, he supposed to be the manager of the area of produce ?, sad , most of the employees there are like they are mad for some reason, except for a very friendly young man who helped me in the register at the checkout point …

Terrible application process that requires tax questions and they will ask you for your Social Security Number. Pathetic. I will apply elsewhere

First time there and it was one of the worst costumer services I’ve ever experienced. The workers don’t greet you, not a single friendly face. The cashier I was waiting in line for was ringing someone up when she told everyone in line to go to other registers. I looked around and didn’t see any cashier available. The guy behind me noticed the same thing and asked the cashier, “where?” She responded with an attitude, “Stop being lazy and look around.”
So we walked around and saw two cashiers sitting on the counter hiding behind the registers and shelves. How do we know there are available cashiers to help us if they don’t get up to greet people letting us know they are available?
And then my cashier, Anastasia, gave the customer in front of me a nasty attitude. When it was my turn, I tried to be nice and greeted her despite her attitude but didn’t even get a hello in return. I thanked her after my transaction and she said “yep.”
Don’t expect to be treated politely here. Maybe they also don’t expect to be treated kindly too.
One of your main jobs is to provide a positive shopping experience for your costumers. If you can’t perform your duties then don’t work in costumer service.

Where the resturants shop. That’s the slogan. It’s not a place to wander around touching all the raw food. Thinking you can buy one tomato one carrot a napkin like it’s a farmers market or local grocery. It a place to buy 40lbs of chicken breast10lbs can of vegetables or sauce. Prices are set to be sold. You can’t buy one candy bar. And then this misunderstanding. Customers clog up the lines with what ever the issue is they can’t buy or can’t afford. As the resturant chef, owner, or employee waits in long lines waiting for the customer to pay for what they can. put of the 100 items they have put on the cart needing to get back to work forbthe dinner rush. It’s sad frustrating for all involved. If it’s going to be open to public. Then it should have things for the public to buy. Or go back to memebers only. They are just loosening there resturant client’s n memebers. Sure to all the congestion

I always have good experience at this store but then I wonder why the Red bell pepper is $67 when other stores still sell for $35????? Must be a special type of pepper. I am still pissed I spent $67 when I could have checked other stores and compare prices. I’d still return but def not buying my red bell peepers here.
