Update: The dealership's manager, Tom, reached out to me and said something like, "Even though I don't run the service department, I intercede sometimes in situations like this." He refunded the full diagnostic fee. I've upped this review's rating from one star to three stars to acknowledge this. His response was a huge step in the right direction, but I'll be honest, the whole experience still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. TL;DR - Based on their word that my car would be fixed for free under warranty, I towed my car some 30 mi. to their service department, only to be charged hundreds of dollars and insulted to boot. Buyer beware. Don't buy vehicles or warranties at White Bear Lincoln, and don't take your car in for service there. First: back in 2019, with low integrity, they sold me a car with flagged issues (a damaged tire & a damaged windshield fluid system). I also bought a warranty which cost thousands of dollars. Fast forward to this summer, 2022: My car died. I called the dealership to check whether my car was still under warranty. They said it was -- and that they will fix it under the warranty. I checked at least twice with them because I would need to tow my car upwards of 30 mi. to get it to them. Then they charged me $425. They insultingly said I was the confused one (even though their representatives told me twice over to tow the car in and that the repairs would be covered under warranty). It doesn't make sense to me: I bought a car & warranty from them. I had (originally) left a very positive review, ignoring their sketchy behavior on selling me a car with known, flagged issues. I had never made any warranty claims. My warranty was about to expire. If there was ever a situation where you could imagine a manager saying, "You know what, even though there's some fine print that says we need to charge you, we want you to remain a happy and loyal customer, maybe buy another car and warranty from us -- let's try to make this right," -- this would be it. Instead, the manager accused me of lying and "telling stories." He even went so far as to offer me an insulting discount of $90 -- and after he asked me if I thought that was fair (I said, "no -- that doesn't seem fair at all"), he reneged. That guy seriously retracted his paltry offer and insisted I pay the full amount... So here I am trying to warn anybody I can: Buyer beware. Don't buy vehicles or warranties at White Bear Lincoln, and don't take your car in for service there.

Very disappointing experience. Saleman seemed to busy working other deals to spend any time on my deal. Ripped me on my trade, gave me $3000 less than another dealer offered. Never had any opportunity to negotiate the deal, just pushed me through finance and sent me on my way. Didn't even fill windshield washer tank before delivery. Had vehicle 2 weeks with zero follow up from dealership. Called finance with a question, he seemed annoyed that I asked him to email me some info, then hung up on me. This is the last time I will do business with this dealer!

I came to white bear Lincoln for an oil change because Bloomington Lincoln was closed. The service I received there was terrible. Tiffany Niessen over charged me by $30 and added services that weren't received such as a loaner car and $64 in labor! I bought my car brand new and have never been taken like this for oil! Do yourself a favor stay away from this dealer and go straight to Bloomington Lincoln!!! They are $30 cheaper and the service is impeccable!

Unprofessional and no honesty. This dealership sold a vehicle out from under my fiancé and ghosted her. We couldn't have made Chris Andersen's job easier. We reached out last Friday, June 25th. Told him we want this car. We can pick it up Monday since we are coming from far away. Chris says okay. We will hold it for you until Monday. Monday comes and he texts us that the vehicle has some lights on the dash for TPMS and they dropped it off at the dealership to fix it the right way. Okay, we appreciate it. Calls us and says we can probably come Tuesday if it's done. If not he will let us know. Tuesday, he says the dealership hasn't even touched it. No problem, they're probably busy. That's where the communication ends. We asked some questions about banks they work with, any update on the vehicle, nothing. Okay. Today on 07/03, we went to the dealership and the vehicle is sitting on their lot, with a sold sign. Wow. We aren't mad that they sold the vehicle to someone else. It's the fact that he offered to hold it for us, and then backed out. Lied that the dealer hasn't touched it yet, and then we had to go all the way there from WI and felt like we had to sneak around just to find out it sold and it was sitting in their parking lot. Makes no sense. If it sold or if another customer was interested, just be honest and tell us. Makes us think he sold the vehicle to a friend or family member. Zero responses. Could it be because we decided to switch banks with a way lower APR than a bank he said they do work with? Who knows. It's dirty. Highly recommend you request a different salesman if you buy from here. I have the whole conversation saved just in case whoever monitors this thinks this is fake.

This dealership us terrible. They lied to me. I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion from them it turned out to have problems. The two sales persons was not truthful to me.Sam told me the Vehicle Runs great and had no accidents. (Both turned out to be a lie) RT said the same thing. The Manager was very Rude.the Vehicle was delivered to my home.it turned out it has Oil leak, Shaft problem, New Breaks needed Tires needed and more. I called the next day Sam the sales Guy said YOU BOUGHT IT AS IS and hung out. I tried calling other people no one would respond. This is no way to treat someone this way.they did not even send the documents. I have never dealt with a bad dealership as this.I called if they can just fix the problems with the Vehicle. RT did not respond to my text and phone call. Can someone please help me?

Super shady dealership. A young woman pulled up in front of our house with car problems after just purchasing a used car from this dealership. The power steering went out and she barely made the turn off on 61 onto our street. She was leaking oil everywhere, and the battery was dead. We tried jumping it without success, so we changed the battery for her. The battery connections were incredibly corroded and the battery was visibly leaking everywhere. It was very difficult to remove the old battery. We were never able to get it started, even with a new battery. The attempts to start the car smelled like burning oil. She ended up getting a tow. It is super disappointing that this dealership is unloading their lemons onto young women. White Bear Lincoln has a team of mechanics on staff, but instead of making sure that this car was in good, safe working order, they chose to cut corners and sell an unsafe car to an unsuspecting young woman. I'm glad she was able to turn off of the busy road safely- but White Bear Lincoln's negligence put her life at risk. Think twice before buying here. I hope they do the right thing...

I bought vehicle from there and week later the car started with problem. He did tell me the shocks was bad.control arm was bad.brakes was bad.windshield crack and a lot of rust on vehicle I called him to complain. He told me I didn't say there was no issue with the car. I said YES you did say there's nothing wrong with vehicle you can see the INSPECTION STICKER FROM MECHANIC ON WINDOW. I thought since that was there the vehicle was good. But it wasn't and he knew that all.worst place to buy

Not a great experience, recently bought my F150 from them, only received one key and was told that since it was a factory buy back that Ford would probably send them a second key and then they will notify me, in the mean time I priced one out, it's $300, not going to hold me breath because the salesman didn't sound to convincing. Once they found out I would not be financing the vehicle through them it seemed like they lost interest in helping me. The truck was also dirty, it is black and looked like they ran it through the automatic car wash and then just let it dry, my dog could of done better. All the window sticker were still in the windows. Would not recommend this dealer, I did not feel that I was valued as a customer. They kept saying they would like to see me service the truck there, not a chance.

I can honestly tell you that this has turned into a nightmare. It's been almost a week and, although I have my car, I have no paperwork, no tag, no title, and no registration. The dealership has no real interest in getting it any of it to me. There is no sense of urgency or commitment to genuine customer service from either Sam or Tony (last names available upon request). I bought a 2019 Lincoln Navigator Black Label from White Bear and i can honestly say I've been treated better when I bought my Dodge Ram from Enterprise or my BMW 750 from Carmax. Genuine follow up, follow through and commitment to customer service existed in both those transactions. Distance is an enemy here as well. I did not have enough control over critical aspects of the buying process. I was not able to go to the dealership and address any isdue directly. Now they have my money - all of it - and I'm a done deal fighting for attention and support against the next dealership and I'm in a losing battle. After a week I am still waiting for my paperwork, the title, and the temporary tag despite an ongoing and continuing dialogue with the dealership. Once the purchase was complete I was forgotten. No contact unless I reached out. No ideas unless I suggested them. Vehicle wasn't cleaned let alone detailed (confusion on pick up date and time), floor mats were non existent, and an AC seal from dash to driver's door was missing. Again, complete lack of concern or contact after purchase. Where was the attention to detail in this process? So right now I have a $100,000 vehicle that I can't drive. I have no receipt, no financial paperwork, no tag, no title and no temporary tag despite asking for all immediately after receipt of the vehicle and recognition that it was missing. There appears to be little or no sense of urgency in getting any of the documents to me. Easy to express mail, FedEx, UPS or even USPS over night but it's the 29th and I have nothing. Just learned they sent it via ground and I won't have anything until September... fmlWouldn't do this again. Had to arrange my own transportation to avoid their exorbitant transport pricing. Too far away to personally visit the dealer so no way to directly address the issues or this wouldn't have happened. Pay close attention when you deal with White Bear Lincoln.

**NEVER GO HERE** I traded in a $55,000 vehicle at White Bear Lincoln and purchased a vehicle from them for $31,000 on September 25th. On October 20th, before my first car payment, the transmission went out. This vehicle only had 7,500 miles on it. I limped it to the nearest Ford dealership and then contacted the General Sales Manager at White Bear Lincoln, Thomas Taube, about the issue. Thomas stated that a Ford dealership already had the vehicle so they would be the ones to take care of it. White Bear Lincoln didn't offer anything and didn't seem to care. He certainly was not sympathetic. I figured he would at least offer to tow it back to them to fix the problem which was under warranty. Nope! Because of a backorder, the other dealership had my vehicle for over a month until November 21st. I had the vehicle another 19 days before the transmission went out again on December 10th. I just got the vehicle back today (January 28, 2020) So out of 124 days of owning the vehicle, I have had it out of the shop for only 44 days!! Long story short: White Bear Lincoln sells junk! They want to take your money and run. They seem to have no loyalty and couldn't care less about keeping you as a customer moving forward as long as they got what they wanted from you. I've bought cars from 7 dealerships in my lifetime and White Bear Lincoln is by FAR the worst one I've been to. I would never return to this dealership again and I implore anyone who reads this to think twice before doing so.

I'm writing this review for this dealer all the way from Los Angeles California. After a few months of looking for a truck here in Cali I found this dealer on the web. Tom Plank was the sales person who assisted me in my purchase of a 2018 F150, all I can say wow! What great customer service. Tom was very helpful in every step of me purchasing this out of state vehicle which was a new process for me, it is not a fast process but I do not regret it at all. You will be doing some things that dealers would do if you would purchase in your home state going to dmv, getting smog check etc but for me the savings of buying out of Cali out weighed all of that. Thanks Tom and White Bear Lincoln

EDIT: Don't go here, I just arrived home and noticed they somehow managed to scratch my sister's car while working on it and did not call this to my attention. Decent people but HORRENDOUS time management skills. Took nearly two hours more than estimated and had them tell me it would be 15 more minutes on 3 different occasions (well after 15 minutes had passed each time.) When one of the workers apologized for "someone" messing up the estimate by TWO whole hours I reminded him it was him who messed up. "Oops." I'm only here taking my sister's car in as a favor while I'm in town for a few days, I don't see her very often, I live across the country, and I scheduled an appointment in advance for this, now I lost most of my day to hang out with her because she is doing overnight training for a job this evening and even though I came early in the morning WITH an appointment, they were lazy getting around to the work.
