I took my first Zoom circuit class with Connie and WOW. Jam packed 45 minutes that was an amazing start to my day! I’m grateful for technology to be able to sweat even when it’s not always possible to get in for a live session. As a mom to a busy 4 yr old I’m also thankful to be in the comfort of my own home and have the flexibility. THANK YOU Connie, that was incredible. I feel so strong and energized and I can’t wait to come back!

Every workout session is different so you are never bored. Connie is so encouraging and just makes everything FUN! I always feel great after working out at PUSH!

Connie is an amazing coach! She pushes you physically while building up your spirit. PUSH is more than a gym. Connie has a talent to create an environment where everyone in the room wants everyone to do their best - and get stronger in the process.

Connie is an incredibly energetic and positive instructor. I always leave class feeling happy (and sore)! She is very good about changing up the Tabata routines and keeing them challenging all at the same time. It's what keeps me coming back for more!!

Connie is an amazing, inspiring instructor. Spin and tabata are excellent, efficient workouts. I love the positive thoughtful playlists and the people who go to PuSH! It makes a tough workout fun.
