My 3 cats love their new tower! It's very sturdy and has so many spots for them to rest and play.I had the tower freight shipped across the country and Purrniture and the shipping company (Pitt Ohio) made that so easy. The tower arrived fully constructed and clean. My cats were all over it immediately.I ordered from the website but had some questions, the man I talked to, Darryl, was helpful, kind, and responsive.This furniture is worth every penny and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants quality cat furniture! Staff, customer service, and products really deserve more than 5 stars.

This is a great store. I got a cat tree and a wall “scoop”. The man who does the carpentry for the cat tree was super willing to customize the carpet and added the red to match my living room chairs! My cats LOVE both the scoop and tree. It’s very obvious these guys get what cats like and will actually use. Solidly made and built to last! I’ve had my items 6months and they still look brand new.

My cats loved my two Colonades over the last 30 years or so. My first one was purchased at the Saintly City Cat show back in the 90s. Second one was purchased in 2010 after a fire ruined my condo. Extremely sturdy, there are no others like them on the market. I highly recommend getting the largest one that will fit in front of an outside window as it'll provide years of entertainment for your kitties.

We’ve had our deluxe sleeper for one day and it’s already Ms. Bea’s favorite place to be! This cat tree feels incredibly sturdy and has nice soft carpet. I paid a little extra for the rope for scratchers and I think it was worth it, she usually “greets” the tree with some scratches before finding a comfy perch to watch the birds and squirrels out the window. I have faith that this will last much longer than cheaper scratchers out there, and the staff at Purrniture were a pleasure to work with.

We’ve had our tower for a year now and it has held up so well. It was a great experience being able to customize our tower for our cats. The cats love the tower and so do we.

I cannot say enough positive things about Purrniture! I bought the Wiska Villa TWENTY YEARS AGO and I just did a “trade in” today.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND purrrchasing Purrniture for your cat/cats here. High quality, excellent craftsmanship, and worth every penny.The pieces are heavy, durable, and my cats LOVE them! Like I said, I had my first piece for 20 years. My cats treated it well.They refurbish when they can and resell the unit at a fantastic markdown.I also bought a smaller cat tree/tower for my bedroom, and a desk topper for my home office. My cat was laying in the desk topper before I had a chance to bring it to the office!Friendly and very helpful staff. The owner and his daughter are seriously fabulous. Free parking. Support local businesses, especially those who stand behind their work and sell high quality products.

The world of retail is being overrun by massive chains. There are bad things and, yes, some good things too that come with that dynamic. However, every once in a while you run into a retailer who does things the old-fashioned way, making high quality products with great customer service.I don't believe I know of any retailer more devoted to quality and customer service than Purrniture. Their products are vastly superior to what you can buy in a chain, so much so that you end up saving money by shopping there because their products last so much longer.Their customer sevice is unrivaled too. I have a small scratching post I like, but keeps falling apart. They're going to build me a custom scratching post, and for not a lot of money.I just can't say enough good things about Purrniture. Wishing them many years' success!

The staff was able to help us decide with zero pushiness. Very knowledgeable and caring as well. They also brought the tower out to our car and loaded it! The cats were immediately in love.
