Called and asked them to make me a 30ft Ethernet cord. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but I was building my first PC and had a ton of questions (really d*** questions, probably). He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure the Ethernet cord was going to work. Make sure to shop local, these guys are awesome.

Very helpful! Explains things clearly in language I can understand. Very good at explaining unintended consequences of choices to help avoid issues down the road. Prevention is part of their support.

Brought my Samsung All in One in to PTN. Was running slow and freezing. Got it back and it's faster than when it was new! Great service, fair pricing! Even took it in when they were closed. Will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

I am a business owner and I have been taken care of by PTN computers going on eight years. What I love, is that once they fix what your problem is, they don't have to come back . It's FIXED for years. I can't give enough stars or thumbs up for PTN computers, they are the best.
