Progressive lending did an amazing job helping us close on our first home. We started our process with a different lender and after a few hiccups we were referred to Joe and switched over to Progressive lending. They were able to take over and make everything happen in such a short time frame before our original closing date. They were with up for every step and were very quick and great about responding to any questions. Couldn’t thank Joe enough for what he did to make it possible for us to close on our house. Joe was recommended by the sellers. He was quick to get info needed and got an approval. Had approval from chase, wells fargo, ally and another broker. What I notice was that Joe, took more time with me to insure he gets the accurate info needed, where as other lenders are relying on what I tell them to get an approval. Joe definitely gets you an more accurate preapproval than others.
