I just appreciate what you are doing , there is no way i would have internet and i live alone and aging as i speak … i feel safer being able to use my phone , i feel great about being able to wAtch my tv or call out to my google and have it dial 911 if i couldn’t reach my phone ! The process was excellent. Submit your documents, select your style of computer or laptop, fast delivery under a week. There were no extra software install. The system is fast, efficiency, and has plenty of storage.

Had modem for 2 months. It never worked. I called customer support. Had the run around with them, they said they would send a remote restart and they would call me back. Never did. So I took the modem to the St. Paul store and returned it for an exchange. They said my new one would come in the mail to my house. It’s been 2 weeks, so I called to verify location. They said there’s no tracking number and no other way to track it. Then I got hung up on. I honestly don’t recommend.

My ACP Dell Lattitude 7480 i7 just arrived today and I’m so pleased everything worked perfect. This was the “best laptop” choice and it certainly didn’t disappoint. I would recommend PC’s for People to anyone needing a quality computer for minimal cost. Great job PC’s for People, thank you again. ❤️

This place is awesome! I volunteered here when I went to college at ITT-Technical Institute. A non-profit organization helping its community with affordable devices and learning opportunities is always a good business.This business is strictly volunteering workers who donate their time to fixing devices for the less fortunate. If you have a problem with this place, then you're probably a local competitor who doesn't like the fact that people can get the same quality of products for an extremely low price.Or you're someone who only buys brand-new products and doesn't realize there are better options for less. Just because you have the money doesn't mean other people do. So don't look down on a business that I know is good for the community just because that business doesn't meet your needs.

I purchased a desktop and it never worked. The headphones were physically broken. I wrote customer service and never received a response. Then the 30 day warranty expired. I contacted them again and received no response. Whoever packed the desktop or filled out the receipt listed the cpu as 8gb-- they clearly didn't know what they were doing. I used to build and repair computers for a living so it isn't as if I don't know what I'm talking about. I'm extremely disappointed and am now shopping for a computer after having my time and money wasted.

My hotspot has been saying it has (no service available)this is the second day.T-mobile tried to help me but he said I had to talk to pcsforpeople to get them to turn it back on.I cant get them on the phone and when I emailed them 10 times they said the internet is out all over my area but t-mobile said he didnt see it out anywhere around me.I cant get them to help me at all.Go to a different place it's not worth it.

I received a HP TURTLE SLOW PC that has Win 10 -64Bit plus UPGRADE TO 8GB Ram and a TB of memory and had my IT friend install and transfer all the memory on the HD of my Old Reliable Dell tower with Win 98 (I was unable to upgrade that) and from day 1 it was slower then a dial up connected computer from 20 years ago. I ran MalwayreBytes, Glarysoft, my Anti Virus and the updater and after it took almost 2 hours to finish that 15 minute job rebooted and it was and is snail slow - I call PC for people and their Support Department doesn't exist meaning you cant get suport to take over the computer and try and find the problem which makes my purchased almost useless for anything other then storing pictures and music. This PC isn't even worth the $100+ and upgrades I had made. Buyer Beware

Me and my grandma came here looking for an good computer. Add a low-cost we ended up discovering a really cool $100 PC with 16 GB ram and an Intel I seven it was absolutely incredible using the ACP deal we got it for $20 highly recommend this place it is the best people here are super friendly

I payed for and received wrong, incompatible items for Order #611309, placed on 05/17/2023.I received a 2014 DELL Monitor, with a black power cord and blue HD15 male to male video cable.I also received a 2017 DELL modem, OptiPlex 3050 - (model D11S002, Windows 10 Pro), with NO power cord and NO compatible cable (BOTH monitor and modem cable ports were NOT the same AND not compatible with each other, therefore cannot connect!).Also, the monitor screen is MUCH older - from 2014, while the modem is newer, manufactured in 2017.I cannot job search, and am VERY disappointed and frustrated that I was shipped incompatible items that I paid for.I've included photos of each of the issues.I'd like to go ahead and return ONLY the modem and monitor and be shipped new ones, along with their proper power cords and cables. And I'd like to keep the keyboard, mouse, and headset I received.James Keller
