They charged my account without authorization for 3 months. I let them know and every time I call them, they tell me they have to run it by their finance department. Be careful and check your bank statement.

I puchased 6 Fujitsu Q737 tablets. This seller did not disclose that the tablets were bios locked and they won't respond to messages. Avoid this seller.

Not only was I refused help, I was blamed for their mistakes... Dealing with this company has been the worst experience I've ever encountered regarding customer appreciation, purchases over the Internet and customer service. When I learned about PfP I thought they would be an excellent way to support a small charity. I've had nothing but problems with this company. There guest service employees are rude, condescending, unethically cruel, dismissive, and mocked me during conversations. Not only was I refused help, I was blamed for their mistakes, refused the corrections they have caused within my accounts and am constantly being dismissed by being told to call a 3rd party. Also, when I wrote to have a member of senior management contact me, I received the reply that they refuse to help me further. All of the devices I have received from PfP have been faulty and broken. Their repair service is inadequate. They couldn't fix the laptop I purchased which mierly needed a password prompt removed and a new battery. It is shameful that these people prey on the poor; those whomever are doing their best to stay afloat and barely make ends meet in this destructive economy.

I received a broken laptop and I went back and forth with these people for days about returning or replacing. They finally agreed to fix the laptop because they did not want to return my money. Sent it back to them waited almost three weeks nothing finally called laptop just sitting in the back then the rep said they will start working on the laptop. About two weeks later received laptop and is still doing the same thing. Words to the wise save your money and your time on this place. My 7 year old son is without a laptop and I’m out of $125. FYI don’t waste your time. Just a single mother trying to save money. Lesson learned.

Stay away from pcs for people. Save up and get a reliable computer from somewhere else. Their computers have serious issues. The warranty is only one year, probably because they know they would have to do repairs constantly if the warranty was lifetime. They won't accept returns, so you're stuck with a computer that you can't use unless you pay for factory defect repairs out of your own pocket.

I just appreciate what you are doing , there is no way i would have internet and i live alone and aging as i speak … i feel safer being able to use my phone , i feel great about being able to wAtch my tv or call out to my google and have it dial 911 if i couldn’t reach my phone ! All thanks to you and your programs! Thank you !

The process was excellent. Submit your documents, select your style of computer or laptop, fast delivery under a week. There were no extra software install. The system is fast, efficiency, and has plenty of storage.

If you want hardware from the late 90's/early 2000's that has been stripped of everything useful then give them a try. Otherwise, stay away.
