Patina is awesome! This store really does offer something for everyone, even those you might consider hard to buy for. Their unique offerings change fairly frequently while they also offer some tried and true staple items. A must-visit!

Best customer service ever! I was in the Snelling store Saturday looking at an item. The salesperson saw my confusion w how the product is used (not ideal design) and told me about a similar item she bought at Target that was much easier to use. Yes, I bought the item at Target…so what. That woman made me a Patina fan for life. Patina was already my go to for great gifts and fun browsing and they will get plenty of my business in the future.

Fair amount of Christmas stuff. Lots of candles and unique gifts. Larger items tend to be pricey but found several little gifts under 5$. Probably would spend between 20-30 for bigger items but they do tend to be unique so might be worth it.

Very cute, unique and charming items. Seems they highlight local artists. Some items are very expensive for what you get. Service is not friendly whatsoever. They have been downright rude, act like I do not exist when they they clearly see me which leads to zero help. I have left the store a few times not making a purchase because I am not getting the help I that is necessary at the jewelry counter where we are not able to help ourselves. Perhaps this should change if the staff has zero interest in doing their job. Management does not seem to care to do anything to improve customer service as previous complaints have fallen on deaf ears. This post is limited to my experiences at the Selby Avenue Store.
