Charolette was incredibly helpful from the second we entered the store. Extremely professional and was able to answer all our questions on repairs and otherwise. A reminder why Patagonia is such an incredible company- clearly hiring staff that care. Would recommend and will be recommending to all who haven’t purchased Patagonia gear prior. Cheers

The store, staff and parking are all fantastic. Bought a goose down hoodie in October, '23 ($329). Massive feather leaks in the body and seams. Exchanged at Christmas time. Just got a full refund February, 24 which was nice but due to the same issues. Appreciated and wanted to support their focus on sustainability however I'm back into a North Face down hoodie ($220). Sorry, I tried (twice)!

Was looking to purchase a backpack and jacket. But was incredibly uncomfortable being followed around the store by multiple associates while I was browsing.

Went in for a zipper repair on a8 yr old shell and they threw me a fresh replacement instead. Sad to see the oldie go but happy they hooked it up.

First and foremost, I love Patagonia products and philosophy. It’s what brought me to support them 10 years ago.The employees at this site are incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. Specifically, Jordan offered me help twice on different times and made me feel incredibly comfortable as I weighed different options.Everyone is so kind that I actually see visiting the store as a treat.

Patagonia is amazing and it's not an empty statement to say I'm a convert for life.Someone burned a hole in my Tres Parka. I took it into the store for a repair but they looked at it and determined the repair wouldn't have worked, so they immediately swapped out my damaged parka for a new one. No charge under their lifetime warranty. They'll donate or recycle the undamaged liner of my old parka.What an amazing company, with fantastic staff at the Grand Ave store. I'll be back many more times.

Cute store with everything Patagonia. Women’s, Men’s, Kids, and Newborn. Fitting rooms and a play area for kids. Jackets, snow pants, vests, sweaters, tshirts, gloves backpacks, hats, and the list goes on. Clean space. Helpful associates. Parking is tricky if you don’t know there’s a parking lot across the street.

The staff at this location is always so top notch. It’s easier for me to buy online but that’s a mistake when instead I’m able to get support from the folks that work at the store. Every single time I’ve left extremely satisfied. Keep up the great work.

So I think I'm a Patagonia customer for life. My jacket ripped while I was working last year. Brought it in because I knew they had a fix it program that was free. They said my patch was to big to guarantee it wouldn't fail. So they just swapped it out completly free. Lifetime warranty. Anything they can't fix, and take in as a warranty they either patch as best they can and donate, or recycle them into making another jacket. Pretty cool to see the companies core values at work.

Store staff was friendly and helped me with a warranty exchange. The lining of my old rain jacket started to flake (which is a known defect) - and true to their word Patagonia took it back, and helped me find a replacement. All set for the next 10+years with my new upgrade :)
