I recommend them to anyone who is looking for great body shop repair . They always takes the to answer any questions I had provided me with all the options available from repair to replacement. it can be difficult to find mechanics you can trust with your vehicle, so I’m very happy to have been referred to Parkway Auto Body Repair. Nelly and her staffs are best!

Had some front end damage and was directed to this location. I was pleased with the service provided and the communication was excellent. The work was on par with any of the Big name repair companies without the big name price!

I don’t recommend this body shop to anyone, because I had a bad experience with them, the owner who’s running this place her name ( Nelly ) she is a good person but she does not have any authority on her employees. There is a person called ( Hernandez Ferrer ) working there. This person is not an honest , very rude and moody person. Be careful in letting Hernandez repair your vehicle because he doesn’t know how to do the repairs, he always make excuses and he will not deliver what he promise. Hernandez kept me car at the shop for four weeks with zero repair with a lot of execuse.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Don’t repair your car in this facility. Because me and my husband took our vehicle for body repair and the repair person name Hernandez ferrer kept our car in the shop for long time and he did not fix the car correctly. I felt that he is learning to do the repair on our vehicle. And he is not friendly to deal with, I ended taking my vehicle away from this place to different body shop.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Don’t go there, and don’t trust them with your car, especially a guy named Hernandez ferrer. They are very unprofessional and careless. They will waste you time like they did to me. After a long period of wasting time, I took my car somewhere else.

Kelly charges doesn’t anywhere close the the service provided! She charges me 3 different time just for a the same car, aside that the job was poorly done every was asking who fixed the car because of such hurrible job..Services: Painting

I replaced two Honda Odyssey doors and was charged really high because they said they had to rent a machine to straighten the dent, which I found strange, because they are supposed to have all the required tools, but I didn't argue much because I wanted to be done with the issue. The door was not well installed and is not working well. I have to force it close. Also they were eating in the car and left all the trash in there.
