I called and asked about a quote for a side mirror on my RAV4. They gave me the quote, and I told them I was going to check around for a better price. The gentleman I was speaking with said they would price match if I found it cheaper. So I called around and did find it cheaper at Advanced auto parts. I would prefer to go to O'Reilly as it is much closer to my house. I called and asked if they would price match Advanced auto. They got the manager, and he basically tells me to just get it at the other place! Such bad customer service! I will not be going to this O'Reilly again!
