Do not go here if you don't know much about cars. I had the correct oil for an oil change last time and I took a picture of the receipt. Thought it was going to be a quick in and out purchase. It took much longer than needed. First he went back a couple times to look for the oil I was looking for and said he couldn't find the right one even though their system showed they had 7 in the store. He then came back and said I could go with a different brand. I said sure since it was already taking much too long. I drive over an hour to have a friend of mine who lives up North to do the oil change for me. Get there and my friend tells me I got the wrong oil. I said no way, I showed this guy that works there named Kevin my receipt that shows my car info and everything, and he told me this would work.
So I had to drive another 25 mins into the nearest town to get the correct oil. That's adding another hour drive to my day, because people that work at this O'Reilly don't know what they are doing. My friend also told me I was sold the most expensive oil on top of it being the wrong one for my car. Thanks for looking out for your customers! Not!
Seriously, I trusted that these people knew what they were doing, and apparently they don't know much about their job at all. Thanks for wasting so much of my time O'Reilly at 448 Lexington. I may try different location in the future, but I will never go back to this one ever again.

I bought a battery from this store yesteday and the store manager rung me up And brought the battery to me. I paid with cash and put it on my account. I didn’t need a battery I never even took it out my car. I go to return it with my receipt and this same manager is telling me this is not the battery she sold me. She was rude hostile and very unprofessional. I asked her to rewind the cameras to show what battery she gave me because there was no way this wasn’t the one. She refused then said for me to get out. I told her I wasn’t going any where until this got figured out. She slammed my receipt down said we’ll find some where else to take it to and walked to the back. I am currently waiting on corporate or the district manager to get back to me about the camera getting watched because I’m not about to be out of 200 dollars because of whatever mistake she made. What is the point of the cameras if not to protect them and us . I am a regular at this store and can’t believe the way I was treated . Terrible service

They tested and found that I had a bad battery. They had a replacement battery that fit my vehicle perfectly and they were very helpful.

Experts you could trust when it comes to your parts anything for your automotive and if they don’t have it, they will try and help you find it from another resource. Those guys are very knowledgeable and very patient when it comes to working with the customer and the customer is not veryon cars they’re there to help

Update to my already good review. Just went into the store for a headlight. Kevin a younger kid was excellent . He made sure that I had the correct light and installed it for me. Awesome place . I highly reccomment. Great Store. This isn’t one of those hack parts stores staffed with twenty year old kids. This store has a few real mechanics behind the counter. I love working with Phil. This guy is an extremely knowledgeable service advisor and parts manager. He was a former master mechanic that understands automotive issues. I personally recommend Phil and this store.

This auto store is the best. They go out of their way to assist, are competent, well informed and also friendly. In a time of diminshing customer service, O' Reillys is exceptional. They also carry helpful stock.

love O'Reilly's but when you come across a manger "Eric" that's rude, eating and talking with food around his mouth won't even look your information up on the computer nor listen to the customer makes a person not want to go back there again. 7th Street store takes the time to actually care about the customers and what exactly it is they want and need.

TLDR: poor service, bad communication from management. Fine part selection in store.My left side driver mirror was stolen recently, and I called around to find a replacement. I was lead (told on the phone) to believe this location had the correct part in store (which was a relief!), but they sold me the wrong piece.I went back to exchange, and they let me know they’d need to order the correct part, which was 3x more expensive than I was originally quoted. I went for it and, 5 days later, again the wrong part. Maybe it’s on me for not doing enough research/being too trusting, but I usually go to a store like this for some help and guidance. I was disappointed by the service at this store, and decidedly went elsewhere. I’d recommend you do the same.

I can not say enough good things about the staff at this location, but for this review I especially mean Phil. I came in to get my voltage tested and when I originally thought it was my battery, he was such a big help getting the new one installed. Thankfully, Phil was still on shift when I came back later and needed to replace my alternator. He took the time to answer all of my questions, talk through logistics of installing an alternator, made sure I had all the tools I needed, and gave me some great tips for the future.
