I went to this store after I had an issue at another store. The associates were very professional and nice. They listened And actually helped me with the problem I was having. I was upset and already frazzled from my interaction with the other store but they reassured me that the problem would get solved and they solved it and apologized for my wasted time and I am just so satisfied with this store. I will be traveling the extra minutes to come to this store from now

I made a stop here for carwash items and I was surprised how clean this place was. The items were all organized and the place had a faint smell of new car. I have not been here in a long time but it's worth checking out. They have a large selection of car care products and tools to get most jobs done. The staff was very kind and professional and ready to help. They do accept tap payments and have new state-of-the-art POS.

Needed a new Battery for my moms car. Worked with Ty at the store on 7th in East St Paul. Terrific service and assistance by Ty. He went above and beyond helping us get the correct battery. Highly recommend him and O’Reilys for last minute need.
