“I've been pretty loyal to Brausen Auto, but I have had a suspicion that they are starting to really upcharge repairs in the last couple years. I looked around to other local shops, and had a great experience at Minnesota Repair. They quoted me $330 to replace the fuel tank straps on my truck. Brausen quoted me $600.Minnesota repair was able to get me in same day, but I opted for the next day (a Saturday). They had it all taken care of in 3 hours. No nonsense. They seem honest and hardworking and I really appreciate that.”

Alternator just shut off and I got it towed there and fixed the next day normal.price 95$ an hour for labor. Part was 400. And it took two hours to do. Not to bad. And super friendly nand negotiations can happen if you explain super understanding company”

“All of the workers were polite, friendly, helpful, and I felt like they were doing a good job. It took probably 1hr15min-1hr30min which was longer than expected, but I think that was just due to random circumstances (more cars than usual, cars that were more complicated or took longer than usual for whatever reason) and not anyone’s fault. It definitely looked like everyone was working efficiently and doing their best to keep things moving. My own car took longer than typical since one of my headlight bulbs had fallen out and they spent a while maneuvering it back into place for free. I will definitely be back for my next oil change if I’m in the area when it’s due!”

“This shop is a great auto repair shop the people are very friendly and they are very helpful some things are kinda expensive but other things are kinda cheap but the people that work there make it worth the cost”
“It took an hour and a half but they got it done and unlike Tires Plus they didn't break a lugnut. Everyone was oddly polite and struggling to smile but appropriately.
