Good products, nutritionists are helpful. However, they should have regular hours for pick up of products. Not may be closed at 6 pm our before. Not helpful when you stop at 5:15 and closed!

Took an online nutrition class. Sadly much of the information is sorely outdated and grossly inaccurate. The company also delivers poor customer service and is very self-serving in many areas. Very disappointed.

NWW has been a resource for me for a long time. I purchase all my supplements there. I have taken many classes that they offer. Just recently I completed "Breaking up with sugar" class. I got more out it than just breaking up with sugar. NWW has a great way making me understand how the food we eat processes in our body. They make it easy for you to understand the good choices vs bad choices in what we eat. NWW also knows that life gets in the way and we make a bad choice from time to time. They have a good saying "striving for perfection."
NWW provides easy to read and consise materials to have on hand to help you achieve your goals.

Nutrition for Weight and Wellness is the best thing I have done for me. Using real food to heal my body and lose weight is what attracted me and keeps me coming back for additional education and guidance. Skip the shots and quick fixes for something that will truly restore your health.

I love Nutritional Weight and Wellness. The classes are so informative and life-changing. Even though I've taken other nutrition classes, I have learned so much about how to eat to improve my health and well-being. The podcast is amazing too. I've recommended NWW to many friends and family.

Breaking up with Sugar online course was very helpful. I needed to "reset" my system. I have had fewer headaches these past 28 days. Thank you!

Working with the organization and Nutritionist Melanie Beasley has been life changing. I suffered for over 25 yrs with food issues and now I am on the road to eating better and the results are off the chart. Thank you so much Nutritional Weight & Wellness Team!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with dietician, Melanie Beasley, at the Eagan office. I came to my initial consultation with a recent diabetes diagnosis and obesity. I thought I knew a lot about nutrition but Melanie taught me so many new things! Within a month my diabetes was gone and I was steadily making progress on my weight loss goal. I’m now down 60 LBS and counting and I feel energetic and strong:) I’m forever grateful for the knowledge and encouragement Melanie gave me. I would highly recommend her and Nutritional Weight and Wellness!

I am very disappointed with how NWW handles a change in a nutritionist. No notice to the client on reason and no opportunity for closure or transition.

Absolutely loved this class! So much more than a weight loss class, this class teaches life-long knowledge and skills for health! Can’t wait for the next one!

The Nutrition For Weight Loss class was so educational, and my consultation with Melanie was beyond helpful! The series really changed my life and focuses on overall health and balanced eating to fuel your body. I have recommended the company to several people so far and expect that to continue!

I have learned a "lifestyle" of eating that is not complicated. Joint pain and cravings are gone! Continuing to lose weight as new habits are being formed. The support from NWW has been outstanding and I'm never left with a question unanswered!

My husband and I have let go of believing in ads for fast fixes to lose extra weight and empty promises for miracle pill cures to feel better. We are both experiencing reversals in chronic disease conditions and , even as seniors, are enjoying feelings of wellness and vitality more and more in our daily lives. All thanks to the folks at Nutritional Weight and Wellness. And real food is quite delicious!! Don’t miss the chips and cookies that we used to keep stocked in the house.

I love Nutrition Weight and Wellness. My nutritionist's plan for me is different than any diet (or lifestyle change) I've ever tried. I have not tried them all, but I've tried several. Counting and tracking calories or points works for some people. And it worked for me too until I got bored or burned out. This is a completely different approach. They come up with a plan with is general in nature but specific to the individual's personal physical needs. Eating a balance of healthy proteins (nitrate/nitrite-free meats, cheese), fats (olive oil, cream cheese, natural peanut butter!) and carbs (veggies, limited whole grains), for 3 meals a day plus 2-3 snacks had been very different for me. And it's hard, but it's getting easier. At first I was overwhelmed trying to even make my grocery list and then plan my meals. Meal planning is still hard for me but now I know just pick a protein, a fat and a healthy carb—in the right proportions/portions—and it's good. Sometimes my meals or snacks don't make sense (like a handful of cashews, a stick of string cheese, and a couple slices of deli turkey), but that's okay. Nobody is judging. And if that's what you like and it's healthy real food, is all good. And then! Nutritional Weight and Wellness has all these resources (that I haven't tapped into yet) classes and classes and classes, nutritional and other supplements, recipes, a podcast—LOTS of stuff on their website. I truly believe their staff want me to get healthy naturally. It's not necessarily about losing weight. It really is about healing your body through natural foods so it can do what God made it to do. I have a l-o-n-n-n-n-g way to go, but I'm feeling better than I did two months ago when I started. If you're on the fence about making an appointment—and you're still reading ?—I hope you'll consider giving them a try for a few months. Your body will thank you.
