We have had Great Service with Now Micro... Very responsive and personable staff, our turnaround is as fast as they can be.. It is not at their end when a part is ordered, they can only repair it as quick as the part arrives. We have not had any bad experiences with Now Micro.. Awesome Employees and Company!!! Called on the phone to have my laptop fixed. I had spoken with lenova and they gave me a case number and approved the work. Talked to one of the employees he said I had to bring in the laptop so they could get the right part.

I brought my laptop here to be fixed a year or two ago. It was under warranty, and they were licensed by Toshiba to fix it.

I purchased a custom PC from Now Micro over seven years ago. They were courteous and provided me with all information and options I needed in a PC. Their support team is excellent to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
