Like S M stated, they are purposefully overcharging. The amount that was rang up was off, and Maharanie (staff member) stated it was the barcodes fault, there was nothing she could do, and offered no assistance. Lol Anyone who has played with scanners know she is lying, especially if this is still going on since SM reviewed.

These people are soing wrong things... 9.99 on display and they are charging 19.99... even when i showed the price on the tag, she showed me the terminal and she can not do anything... else she will have to talk to manager and it will take an hour... its criminal to steal people's money like that ..... dont go there
