Absolutely DO NOT RENT HERE ! I've rented here for a few months, and everything seemed fine. One time the gate was broken and there is no recorded security system! My $20,000 tow truck went missing and some one else was parked in my spot that I paid for !!!the owner seems to have absolutely no idea what happened, he has failed to respond to me ! I've also had another friend that rented from here and his rims were stolen off of his vehicle!My husband has tried to contact him about his contact agreement and invoice history, and yet to receive anything,I had a steering wheel lock on the truck and it is very far back into the unit, when we did communicate the first week I found it was missing, he informed me that people use each other's code to access these units! Not safe at all !!!! I asked if the gate was ever broken down or ran over , He response was no ! But the gate was stuck open once before and my truck was fine , I visited the storage often. After 6 weeks I went back and my truck was gone ! Just so happens there are no cameras where my truck was parked, and they only go back 30 days coincidence?Police report was made

Best storage service I’ve ever had. The manager of the property is very responsive- made reserving the unit and parking spot a breeze, and is responsive to any issue. The prices are very competitive as well.The site is generally clean and the gate access works as it should. The only complaint I have regarding the gate is that the code pad to exit is way too close to the gate so you have to exit your vehicle to enter the code for the gate to open.About 99% of the time I’m the only person dropping things off at my unit. It’s well lit at night and over all gives a safe vibe. ?

Place has new owners that seem to actually care about the safety n well being of your belongings. I had an issue that I had no idea was covered by my insurance until the storage people informed me that was a covered incident. Not to many places care to pass that type of info along...they also put new doors n locks on n seem to be updating n upgrading the lots in general, good job new storage ppl!

Dylan at Gopher State Storage took care of me and my RV. I reserved a spot through one of the storage facility’s third party schedulers and found out that Gopher Storage did not actually have the spot I reserved available at my desired location. Dylan searched another location and got me set up with a spot immediately. I’ve been very happy with my experience.
