When I first started I was a little hesitant because I’ve never been in a kids environment but what I can say, I absolutely love it here and I love what I do & my co workers are awesome
As well as management. Definitely would recommend! 10/10 !!

Worse job experience ever. The director is messy & is not equipped to be in charge. She lies to parents & staff. Parents she can look at cameras on the spot so if anything happens to your child request to review footage. The Tod 1 teachers vape in classroom/bathroom( which is the directors daughter. They don't watch the kids- I've walked pass many times & the kids were standing on tables & the teachers did nothing. The director expected me to be the cook & teacher aide. So to any potential employees- don't pick that location! Horrible!!

New horizon is a wonderful center! Prompt and respectful communication and management is kind and helpful. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with them and trust them with my kiddos anytime ?

I absolutely love this daycare, My kids have been here for 6 months now & they love their teachers just as much as i do. Ms.Georgina & Ms.Grethen hold a special place with my kids, they are truly appreciated. Any concerns i have the director makes sure it gets taken care of. I would recommend this daycare to anyone, it's amazing !

Infection disease spreader throughout the toodler rooms from one of the staff two children. I have complained since my child started of the cleanliness to management as well as corporate. They installed a plug in air freshener. Daily anyone can see dirty tables and floors. My child’s blanket they never wash it. I replace it out and it stinks like the environment. They need to be shut DOWN.!!!

Well i love new horizon academy cause its right down the street from my home. They help my daughter open up cause at first she wasn't the staff treated my daughter and me wit respect they always have a smile on their faces. Especially ms.tammy my daughter is out of the daycare part she on her way to the next stage Early headstart we love all the staff?

My children have been attending this center since the infant room, and are now getting ready to graduate! This center treats your children with so much love and tenderness, like we are apart of their family! The teachers are amazing and truly care about the children's education! We love it here ❤️

My daughter has been attending this center for a few months and they totally helped her come out of her shell! The toddler teacher Miss Laura is incredible she truly has a gift and her beautiful spirit is amazing. Her co teacher Miss Grechen is so sweet always has a smile and really took the time to get to know my daughter. I honestly can't say enough positive things about Miss Sarah and Tammy in the office without getting emotional (I already feel the tears coming) but they truly care about all their families. I love them so much!!

Edit— I thought this was a good center but things changed. My son started coming home with a sore butt from not being changed enough. There is no reason he should have had a sore butt when I asked them on multiple occasions to change/check his diaper hourly. He would also have poopy diapers when I got there to pick him up, who knows how long he was left sitting in it. There were also 2 incidents where he came home with bites and no one seemed to know what happened. They also on multiple occasions did not give him his medication on time. When I called to see why it was not given on time the director stated my child is not the only child there. I understand there is more than my child there but I still expect for him to have medications on time. Also they have no teacher in the toddler class and have been using just an aide since December. She is a great aide, but they need a teacher in there. Another thing, the center smells terrible when you walk in, not sure what the smell is but it is very gross.They have been out it ratio when I pick my child up and I also witnessed a teacher grabbing a child by his arm. Please if you care about your child, DO NOT send them to this daycare.

Dirty environment. Terrible management. DO NOT GO HERE... If only I could rate them 0 stars for how unprofessional and dirty they are. When you step inside the classrooms they smell so badly, that was my first sign that the place is unclean. They don't monitor the children like they should. I couldn't believe how rough some of the staff were, pulling the kids by the arm practically dragging them. How can 1 teacher properly supervise and take care of 20 toddlers in the first place? Sounds illegal. Again, terrible management is the main problem. I'll be reporting this new horizon to the proper authorities. Hopefully that can fix this daycare.

I have an toddler child who has been attending New Horizon Academy since an infant and I love it the teachers makes you and the children feel welcomed they are always on top of things and willing to go above an beyond to meet his needs.

It's the best daycare ever. They help and teach my son and take they time and hardwork to help my son. They have the patiences and guide him to a great path even when he having a bad day. New horizon is the best for kids to attend and I would never take him out of there. Thanks for everything you have done since my child has been there y'all are a lot of help a whole lot.
