Love these ladies and all they do. I have a 11 month old who has attended New Creations since January of this year and I have nothing but good things to say. Miss Becky and Miss Unique are great at what they do. Thankful for such a great team to be in charge of my little guy and his little friends.

Not a great experience here. They were very helpful when we pulled our one year old out after 2 weeks so I hesitate to write a review, but I would have wanted to know more about the daycare before we started. This place is VERY disorganized, we never received key fobs for entry, every time we dropped off and picked up babies were all over and there was no order to the room. The app was rarely updated and our son came home SO hungry, thirsty ,and cranky every single day. The staff thought it was "funny" that our one year old fell asleep on the floor playing when he had NEVER once done that at home or in anyone's care. Teachers did not appear to like their jobs and they were very short staffed. One day I tried to drop our son off after a MD appt and they turned us away as they didn't have enough staff. Just not a great overall feel at this daycare which is why we pulled our son out after 2 weeks.

I love new creations! My oldest attended for 2 years and now my little one is currently going. I love that they are a Christian based organization. Teaching our little ones the precious word of God is so important. The staff are loving and attentive and I like how hands on they are. The kids do many projects and activities so that’s always a plus too!

The teachers all know my daughter’s name, and they keep me informed all day long. Their app is easy to use & very helpful. My daughter is always excited to go to “PlayCare”

Our son is currently in his 7th month at New Creations. We love the staff and drop him off with full confidence that he is taken well care of. When we have special requests and suggestions they are taken with a smile and implemented. Great center, highly recommended!

We left New Creations Crocus Hill due to subpar child care. Our son attended from December 2017 (2 months old at the time) to May 2018 (7 months old). We had concerns regarding:Staff:*The center has been open for approximately 1 year and is on its third director and is currently training its fourth director.*I can recall 11 teachers who have taken care of my son on a regular basis during our 5 months in the young infant room. Of these teachers, only 1 of them was there full time during the entirety of our 5 month stay and continues to work there.Environment:*The young infant room was often chaotic with many babies crying at the same time. Periods of calm and quiet were rare.*The infant room is bright and loud, so my son had difficulty taking long and restful naps. He was often overtired and unhappy at pick up.*Many times the infant to teacher ratio exceeded 4:1, especially at morning drop off.*There is no indoor play gym, which would be a nice perk for winters.Quality of care:*The teachers can be slow to respond to crying. Some of the teachers are more hands off and prefer putting babies in bouncers/swings rather than cuddling them when they are crying.*The majority of teachers don't truly play with or interact with the babies. Their approach is to sit back and put out fires as they arise.*I have seen the staff text on their personal phones.*Once I witnessed a teacher carry a boy infant over to where a girl infant was laying in a swing. They brought him to her face and had him kiss her, then they called the girl a flirt. The other teachers laughed.Safety:*Sleep takes place in bouncers and swings. Cribs are used <10% of the time. One time I saw a baby asleep in an exersaucer, standing up and slumped over. There was no attempt made to transfer him.*High chair seat belts are often not fastened.*The room thermostat read 80 degrees at drop off twice, due to broken or slow to turn on AC.*My son was scraped on his thigh and thumb (separate instances, pictures included) and it wasn't clear how they occurred.Feeding:*My son's bottles sometimes got pushed back 30 minutes or an hour by accident.*The ounces drank were not accurately logged into the Daily Connect application (logged the oz warmed up, not consumed).*Bottles were sometimes propped.*We went home with the wrong nipple size a few times as the baby bottles are washed together.*Purees not provided by the center, bring your own.Daily Connect application:*At lunch I would message via the app asking how my son's day was going. About once per week, the responses would take >1 hour or I would not receive a response at all.*There were about 5 days where the center's iPod or wifi weren't working.Pick up:*Many times our son would be crying in a swing or crying on the floor by himself at pick up.*There is no sign out among the staff between shifts. If I picked up at 5pm, the teacher would only know about his last 2 hours and not the rest of the day.Pros included 1) receiving 1-2 pictures per day through Daily Connect which was a lot of fun and 2) Linda the director was very responsive with helping us fill out paperwork. At the end of the day, New Creations Crocus Hill did not provide the loving, high quality care we were looking for. Several other infant families have left the center too due to dissatisfaction. However, there were some new hires right as we were leaving, so it is possible that the center is turning around. Personally, I would advise going with a daycare that is more stable and established. We switched to Tierra Encantada Bryant and absolutely love it!
