Placed an online order at 2 pm and by 6:50 pm was told my coolant did not arrive after i was guaranteed it would be there. As walking out the store the same coolant was on the shelf. This place is ridiculous

I had a (2) issues 2 weeks ago. First, I needed a customer hose with 3/8" M-NPT fittings. I brought it to this store and talked to Ben. He took my phone number and the hose and said they would be in contact. As long as it was that day or first thing the next morning, I would be good with that. I had not heard from them, so I stopped in on my way home. Ben immediately apologized, stating they had been very busy all day and had not been able to get to it. They "jumped" on it right away, and in 15 minutes, I walked out with my hose!
Later that week, I ran into water pump issues with my truck. Because Ben had been so helpful, I returned to his store to get what I needed to repair my truck. Ben was very patient, working through my requests, looking up and finding all I needed to get the repair finished. The truck is up and running with a new water pump, thermostat, top and bottom hoses, serpentine belt, A/C belt, guide pulley, and antifreeze.
If you need help, go see Ben and the team at this store. I know they will be a great help to you.

Prices are getting ridiculous. Went here for Oil change supplies and brake parts. Literally more expensive than OEM parts from a dealership and far inferior quality.

Waited all day for them to get the part delivered and it ended up being the wrong one. I clearly stated that I needed a wheel bearing that fits my four-wheel drive vehicle and they gave one for two-wheel drive. They can't follow instructions or simple details. They have no sense of urgency or care for their customers. I would stay away from this parts store.

Don't bother. High prices and no warrenties on theor parts. Had to replace a headlight which cost nearly 150 for one bulb, lasted less than a month (and no I did not touch the glass and it was installed correctly). When I brought it back with receipt, the clerk scornfully announced there's no warrenty and they can only sell me another. Like I would pay another 150 for these questionable parts. Shop elsewhere for your auto parts, like literally anywhere else but here.

I like this store. My vehicle is under warranty still so I dont by major auto parts hereInstead I purchased a lot of cleaning and detailing products from this store. They always have the products that I am looking for. And once in awhile I catch a in store sale
