I had an amazing experience at My Darling Bridal and was so happy to find my dress there. Out of the 6 stores I visited, My Darling Bridal was by far my favorite - the store itself is so beautiful, and we had it all to ourselves! It didn't feel rushed or transactional, and I loved my consultant and everyone I interacted with there. My dress came in a bit early and the communication was always great! I was very nervous going into wedding dress shopping as I know most bridal shops don't carry a large range of dress sizes and I was going to be out of the size range. My Darling Bridal is one of a few carriers of Pronovias in the cities, a designer I have loved for a long time. Liliya was incredible- she made me feel amazing the entire appointment and we found the dress of my dreams here. They also ordered be extra buttons to go down the train of my dress which I had added during alterations. My dress came in more quickly than I thought, almost two months ahead of time. I felt incredible during my wedding day. Thank you My Darling Bridal!

I loved my experience at My Darling Bridal! I felt very comfortable with my stylist (Lindsay) and didn't feel pressured into buying. I highly recommend looking on their website to see what dresses they have in store and at what price point—they have a lot of unique and glam options! Lindsay was great about pulling dresses in my budget and I ended up finding my dream Luce Sposa dress. As a bonus it arrived in only 6 weeks! Highly recommend!

Julia at My Darling Bridal was incredibly helpful, patient, attentive and kind! She listened to my feedback and was able to turn around and find a dress that fit my exact vision! They make the experience feel intimate and welcoming--couldn't recommend it enough!

I wish I could say I had a positive experience at this store, but my appointment felt rushed and transactional. I don’t remember receiving an email prior to my appointment as the other brides describe with their experience. When I arrived, my consultant asked maybe 3 questions at the beginning of my appointment and showed no emotion or enthusiasm all throughout. This gave me the impression that she was only there to grab dresses for me - nothing more, nothing less. There was also a package delivery that was made during my appointment and my consultant decided it was appropriate to unbox it in front of me and my guests, indicating that my time was not respected. At the end of the appointment, I asked if she could write me a list of the dresses I liked and the prices, to which she responded she’d email them to me. It’s been a little over two weeks now and I still haven’t received that email, which wraps up my unfortunate experience with this store. Luckily I had an amazing first time experience prior to this at a different store (Anna Be) so the bar was high. Ladies, don’t settle! This is a huge investment of your hard-earned money - go where you’re appreciated and treated like a human being and not just another transaction.

I bought my dress from My Darling Bridal last November and didn’t have the best experience. I felt like the consultant didn’t really try to find any similar options after I told her I was interested in a particular dress but was interested in trying to find something with more sparkle to it. I specifically said I didn’t like a-line dresses and almost everything she pulled was a-line. I fought with her about sizing because I felt the sample size was too large (I was clipped in) and she insisted on ordering that size. I emailed the following Monday (I bought my dress on a Friday) and asked if I could get a size smaller and they told me that that wasn’t possible because the designer had started the dress (which seems unlikely over a weekend). I also asked if I should order it with extra length due to my height, and she said no. I had to return my shoes last week because the dress was too short with them on. Just an all around frustrating experience with the employees. Giving two stars because they do have a nice selection and my dress arrived quickly/my order was all correct.

I can’t rave about Olesya and her team enough! They reached out a few weeks before my appointment to understand the vision and style I was going for. When I went to try on dresses, I strictly got to try what I had intended and everything was within my budget - no pushiness. I knew the shape and designer, but Olesya found my dream dress and veil! My dress also came in under two months when it was originally expected between five to six - so that was a nice surprise too.

I could not tell you how positive my experience was with My Darling Bridal - and specifically with Julia! I had gone to 8 other shops here in Minnesota, had a terrible mishap with my dress from another major shop in the cities, and only had 3 months to spare to find another dress. Their shop is so beautiful, well lit, and had a huge dressing room too. Of all the selections from other shops, My Darling Bridal truly takes the cake. I wish I had gone here first! Their dresses have such great structure and quality, which is sad to say that it is harder to find than you'd think. Even through their sample dresses, they had an amazing selection, and Julia was so kind and patient helping me find the perfect dress. I'll be bringing all my friends who are getting married here! <3

I have been going to a good amount of bridal shops in Minnesota and I have to say the customer service here and expertise is incredibly amazing! I had Liliya as my profesional stylist and she was simply amazing! I had so so so much fun! Usually going to a bridal shop can be daunting because I'm not the typical model size to fit into gowns given I'm petite, midsize and curvie can be tricky to try on dresses. Lili was so helpful and honestly she got me into a lot of dresses that I thought I wouldn't be able to fit in and I just couldn't help but laugh at how much fun it was trying on dresses. It was a workout but so worth it ! They have a lot of designer dresses and honestly a bit of everything ! My Darling is proud to carry designers from all over the world! Many of the them are exclusive to our store." I honestly had so much fun and ended up falling in love with so many dresses !

Had an absolutely lovely experience with Lindsay at My Darling Bridal! She was fun, flexible, and proactive in pulling "out-of-the-box" styles for me to consider. My family and I felt very comfortable and welcomed in our one-on-one appointment. I will say their collection seemed to specialize in a bit more glitz and glam than I personally was looking for, but definitely a place you have to shop if you're looking for a true ballgown!

Me and my family had such a wonderful experience at My Darling Bridal. The dress selection was incredible and the experience was so smooth and enjoyable. What made our appointment so special was our bridal stylist Julia! Julia was so attentive, kind and caring! Every single dress she pulled for me was beautiful and she has such a special skill for making you feel confident & making the appointment so fun! I left my appointment feeling so great about the whole experience. I cannot recommend Julia & my darling bridal enough !

I got my wedding dress and veil from this shop and my experience was amazing!! Julia worked with me and couldn’t have been more helpful! After having a horrible experience with my original dress at a different place, I was so relieved to have a great experience at my darling bridal and find my dress!
