I didn't go for many years because everything was in bad condition, but now that I'm back, everything has been renovated and things are serviceable, so I will definitely come back more often :)

While getting a ride from Uber when my VW Atlas stalled the driver recommended Munich Auto. They were able to find the issue and correct it where others failed. This past week I had another issue with a check engine light where a dealership recommended a repair that was "a starting point" and several thousand dollars. It didn't sound right so I went back to Munich and it was a completely different issue. Corrected the issue and saved a good deal of money.

No other auto shop can compete with Ali's prices or service. The service is second to none! The staff is helpful and friendly. I'm not familiar with mechanics and car stuff. I'm auto-illiterate and Ali goes out of his way to explain what they are going to do and why they are going to do it. He provides you with cost effective options and gives it to you straight. Quote for a new starter on my Chrysler 200 was several hundred dollars cheaper than other auto shops. Keep up the great work Ali and Munich team! Thank you kindly for all you do!

I've had my vehicle serviced here multiple times. They did quality work and it was affordable. A friend of mine brought their vehicle there for body work, she had the same results when she went there also.

Went to get my car fixed and bought my own parts and paid for labor. The part didn’t fit but I paid already. Ali refused to give back the money I paid for the labor already. 0 stars given.
