I was surprised by how big this airport is. It was well laid out with lots of signs to make it easy for you to figure out where you were going. We rented a car and you have to take a tram over to that section.

Great airport with very clean restrooms in terminal gates F. We landed here on the way home to San Diego for a layover. It was very refreshing to see that they embrace the "Mall of America" concept here. There are MANY SHOPS, FOOD COURTS, and it is super spacious at this airport. The staff is very customer service oriented. The Sushi food court business did not get any play while we were there, but Shake Shack and Firehouse Subs were on fire with business. The Delta Sky Club here is SUPER large and you should definitely try to visit this one. We only had about 20-30mins before boarding our next flight, after using the restrooms, so it was not enough time to visit and enjoy this Sky Club. Overall, this airport terminal experience was better than San Diego, Chicago, Detroit, Washington DC, and Philadelphia for me.

Flights on time and organized today. Overall, it is a very impressive and clean airport. The only thing I wish is that the food options had ours that started when the first flights began to arrive so that when you fly in for an early connecting flight, you have an option to get breakfast.

We went through MSP while traveling to Oregon for Christmas this year. We fly an average of three to four times per year but have only stopped in at MSP on one other occasion. We were immediately impressed with the everything about this airport. The overall feel is much better than other airports. The shopping and restaurant options, the cleanliness of the restrooms and terminal areas are unlike any other airport we've traveled to. Really impressed! If you have to layover in an airport, MSP is a step above their peers.

Hard to find since there are no signs posted around the parking ramp, but the badging office is located on Level Blue 3. I’ve gotten help from some really rude employees here, and most recently a really kind one. It’s luck of the draw, but they could do better to answer their phones because it seems I can never get an answer when I call

I used to travel a ton for work and have been to many (too many) airports in my life and MSP is a fantastic airport. While you don't really have options like you do in NYC or Chicago, it's ok, since what we have is great. Folks really need to understand how good we have it here. For such a small airport to be a hub for a major carrier (Delta) is incredible. 25 minutes to downtown, great parking options, and the is no odyssey of buses and monorails required for every trip - while there is a monorail, it is not needed for every place in the terminal. I also find ticketing and security to be predictable - I have never seen an apocalyptic line, such as I have experienced in large airports that makes a 2-hour window evaporate into running frantically to a gate. This all makes for a fantastic traveling experience in and out of the Twin Cities.

The tram doesn't have a very loud or informative p/a system to inform people of the end of the line's final stopping point. I almost missed the stop, but for being told by another traveler by chance.

A quick stop here and everything seems clean updated and pleasant. So many options for food and shops and the aesthetics are beautiful! It's cold but it is October, other than that a good experience.

I spent a couple hours on layovers in this airport. It had a nice newly updated feel. Plenty of dining choices and places near the food court to charge devices during long layover. The free Wi-Fi in the food court was weak, however. I did find the airport a bit spread out. It took 15 minutes at a solid pace to get between two Delta gates in different sections of the airport.

"Twin Cities Airport" [MSP]I flew in and out of this airport on a business trip. Large and busy major airport in the Upper Midwest Minnesota. The airport is easy to navigate. It was busy but not crowded. TSA was a breeze. Gotta love TSA PreCheck®.Upon leaving Minnesota, on my way to my departure Gate, I have to say that I've never seen so many shops, restaurants and services in an airport before. Did I end up taking a detour to the MSP Mall? "You betcha!" when I saw a souvenir shop. Purchased a couple of shirts (2/$25). Looked for a Starbucks... found one, still no State-themed gift card for my collection. I finally just headed over to my departure gate. They have Chick-fil-A ®... find one at Gates C and F. Angel Food Bakery at Gate E. MSP has a nice mix of their local favorites. I like that the rental car companies are onsite for easy pick-up and return. Review #3121

I wish I could give less than one star since people working in this office have such poor manners and they are so inconsistent with their policies. We reported them and they had to correct a very frustrating, timely mistake they caused. I am not sure why they enjoy creating such a dysfunctional atmosphere other than the fact that working in a box inside a parking ramp must be a miserable experience.

10/9/22: We flew into MSP from LAS today on our way back to the east coast. It is FREEZING here inside the airport. It was easy to navigate to our next gate through the large amount of people in the airport. The airport wasn't the cleanest. The staff wasn't the friendliest. The seats were sticky and dirty at our gate, so people were sitting on the floor like it was a better option. I wouldn't come back here if I had another choice, but we got where we needed to ho safely. Thanks Delta airlines.

Everything feels so far apart at this airport. Whenever I connect here I always have to walk at least 10+ minutes to get from my gate to the lounge and then another 10+ minutes in another direction to get to my next gate. Lots of the retail shops close early even though there are a lot of flights later in the evening. The lounges open late, but sometimes if I'm in a hurry and don't have time to make the trek to the lounge there aren't many other options. The Escape lounge also closes 2 hours before its advertised hours.

Great airport and I feel fortunate that it is my home airport. I would put MSP up there with Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) as among my favorite airports. Good layout that is very manageable when you have tight connections. Very easy to determine where you need to go, you aren't going to get lost here. All airlines board from the gates, you never have to be bused between the gate and plane. Lots of good restaurant options. Good seating in all of the gates with plenty of places to charge devices and kiosks with tablets to order food and drink to have delivered to you. TSA pre lines are well distributed with clear signage. It also offers Clear lines. Since I fly out of MSP a lot, I subscribe to Clear and also have Global Entry (which comes with TSA Pre) so getting through security is a breeze. The cell phone lot is conveniently located to wait for picking people up at either terminal. Bathrooms are clean and much better than most airports. I can't comment on the frequent flyer lounges as I generally am starting or ending my journey at MSP. But MSP would be among the most comfortable airports to bide your time during a long layover if you don't have access to a lounge.
