She had to send me to another place for the iPhone 15 that I bought, as I heard it was the person in charge who attended to me, and from the beginning I felt extremely angry because of her tone of voice and her sharp answers, although I give that lady a positive and that is that he knew how to connect my data from the previous phone to another, however you should know that a good attitude always makes a difference! “Xavier was a genuine hero!(Also, Falaq was very kind and helpful, when I called to follow up) .I will be forever grateful to Xavier for helping my autistic young adult son after he was harassed and his belongings were stolen on the Greenline train. He got off before his usual stop for work and entered the nearest store looking for help. It was this Metro By T-Mobile location and Xavier knew right away something was up. Xavier was a steady and calm presence when my son was confused and upset, calling me and keeping my son with him until I could get there. My son can often miss some social cues as he learns to be more independent but he knew right away that Xavier was a safe person and the store was a safe place.These good men are clearly the energy needed in our sometimes lively urban neighborhood. It is clear they see their work as more than just peddling electronic devices; they genuinely care about people in their community.Xavier is exactly the kind of man Mister Rogers was talking about when he said “look for the helpers”. I am so grateful for his kindness to my son.”

“So I went to this Cricket to start service and to port over my numbers but they ran out of physical sim cards so they hooked me up with a free Bluetooth speaker (the speaker was attached with a sim card) as a workaround which costed them money. They did above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everything worked. I only paid the normal setup price. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to say something about this. Satisfied.”
“My screen was cracked and I brought my phone into be fixed and when I brought it home that same night I noticed my speaker was not sounding right, I brought it back the following morning and they re placed my speaker. Very helpful staff and respectful. Thank you guys”
