Been a member here for the past year plus+ and I love it it’s always so fun to watch the wash, you can get the attendant to do the inside of the car too but depending what your membership entails you might have to pay extra for it but still a steel compared to the other car wash options ! A basic member pays under 30$ a month! If you go three times it’s worth the money and it’s not a big line ever due to the quickness of the process so it’s up to you if you decide not to pay for a membership you can go pay for a single wash if you like just to try it out. Go see if it’s worth the cost to you . I highly recommend trying for yourself.

Oh my gosh y’all I just left this place and this is the second time I was absolutely disappointed in my service. I’m at the exterior line for a wash and this guy that works there convinced me to get the most expensive wash which is the titanium wash I specifically asked them. Will they wipe down my car at the end ?instead of leaving these water spots on it and he says absolutely! I go through the line and they’re pushing me out to leave and don’t wipe down anything so I ask if they wipe it down and they tried to charge me more money. It was just completely crazy. I’m so upset. I just spent $30 for this wash that did nothing for my car just go somewhere else!

7/2024 Never again. I miss the personal service that Downtowner had. Bugs still on front of the car, they don't dry it anymore. I did not understand their change and did not go in the interior side, so another reason for nit getting what I expected. Looking for another car wash... Holiday autimatic is just as good and a LOT cheaper.
2022-Much better service this visit. Premium wash, my car came out very nice! Glad I gave them second chance.

Great quality wash and super staff. As an unlimited platinum exterior member, I have my interior done about once a month and they do an amazing job every time.

The service is great, but sometimes the dryers seem very weak when washing the outside only. When I get the inside done, my car always looks amazing and smells great!

Very friendly staff. I like that you only pay the same amount for a membership. All you have to do is go through and you’re on your way through the line.

The name has changed and so did everything else. I paid for the highest car wash tires and all just to have to go home and clean my tires they never cleaned them a waste of money.

This location is dirty, they don’t clean well. I’ve been there many times and the managers are rude. I went there for interior and they never touch my car. When u tell them your concwrh they get irritated. We pay for service and little do they know, they get paid from the service they do for us.

Do not go here, waste of money, i paid $48 for the highest wash inside and out and they did a lousy job. Titanium car wash included tire polish and shine. Interior and exterior was not wiped down correctly. Super disappointing.
