I bought a $30 pack of Cohiba cigars last week from the humidor. They were very dry. Some of them were cracked. The wrap broke into pieces!!!!!
I gave these out at a celebration!!!!
The only justice would be for Cohiba to secretly shop your store and find out what I found out and pull their products out of your store!!!

ATTN CUSTOMERS: Pay attention to your total & change received!
I used to love this store. A few employees are helpful and patient and were more than willing to work with me when I’d get confused or make a mistake. I put $ in the tip jar every time they helped me because I appreciate them. I wish I knew their names because they are the sole reason I didn’t put one star.
My last visit is the last time I will ever go there. A male employee rounded up my purchase without telling me then gave me back change based on his altered total. I thought about other times he rang me up and realized he’s done this to me every single time. What are the chances that every purchase throughout these past couple months (different items each time) ended in a zero? Who else does he do this to? How gutsy does he get with people not paying attention?
I don’t appreciate being scammed whether it’s .05 or 1$. I keep a strict monthly balance and every cent counts to me. That’s not even including how blatantly disrespectful it is. It was not a mistake. It was intentional, and I no longer trust any purchase.
I won’t be back. There’s nothing they have I can’t get at the other two tobacco shops within 2 miles, but it’s still a bummer.
